**1.获取测试代币**
------------

Goerli ETH测试代币可以从以下网址获取测试代币

**2.在 Lido 上质押 ETH代币**
----------------------

如果钱包中有 Goerli ETH，只需将一笔交易发送到您想要交换的`stETH`金额的代币合约地址即可`stETH`：

1.打开钱包

2.单击**发送**

3.粘贴`stETH`代币合约：`0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F`

4.在 MetaMask 上单击\*\*“我理解”

5.输入交换的金额大于0.02E 并确认

6.单击**下一步**

7.点击**确认**

8.钱包中将收到 stETH

9.添加合约`0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F`到钱包

**3.进入 Eigenlayer 测试网重新进行测试**

1.访问 [https://goerli.eigenlayer.xyz/](https://goerli.eigenlayer.xyz/)

2.选择“Lido Staked Ether”

3.质押至少 0.01 steth，如下图所示

**进行第二个交互**

### **启动重新测试 Flash 层**

转至 [https://altitude.altlayer.io/](https://altitude.altlayer.io/) 平台已为 Altitude 第三阶段做好准备，进入app页面，要创建重新抵押试用层 Flash 层，单击左侧选项卡上的“**_create_**”按钮。单击后，将显示 Flash Layer 层

在 AltLayer Altitude 活动期间，每个地址只能创建一个重质试用 Flash Layer。此 Flash 层将持续 1 小时。

在Restake Trial的这个设置页面中，可以配置多个参数，包括交易处理模式、Flash Layer名称、节点数量、区块gas限制、区块时间和原生货币。验证 Flash 层设置并根据需要进行编辑，这些设置参数不用管

如果完成了配置，向下滚动到页面底部并单击“**_验证地址所有权_**”按钮。使用连接的钱包确认并签署消息

然后创建，如果卡就稍微等等再创建

以下为群友截图，我不等了…..

它将重定向到“部署”页面，其中 Flash 层将显示状态“正在部署”。等待几分钟，Flash 层就会准备就绪。

成功启动重新启动 Flash 层完成任务
