Over the past several months, I’ve been heads down and focused on building out WASD’s guild, which now has 97 members playing 13 onchain games. The onchain gaming ecosystem has also grown dramatically since my last piece. [Redstone](https://x.com/redstonexyz) launched on mainnet along with many individual games, such as [This Cursed Machine](https://x.com/movingcastles_), [Duper](https://x.com/playduper), [Biomes](https://x.com/biomesAW), and [Sky Strife](https://x.com/skystrifeHQ), while [Pirate Nation](https://x.com/PirateNation) migrated chains and dropped their PIRATE token. Developers are also beginning to build bots and plugins on top of games like [Primodium](https://x.com/primodiumgame) and [Kamigotchi](https://x.com/kamigotchiworld), while guilds like ours and questing platforms like [ggQuest](https://x.com/gg_quest_gg) serve as hubs for the exponentially increasing number of onchain gamers. I’m more bullish than ever on this space and think it's time to begin covering it here once again. To start, I’ll release weekly pieces that’ll update you on what’s happening in the onchain gaming world and what WASD is up to. [Primodium](https://x.com/primodiumgame) is a space MMO built using MUD. WASD is currently second in the active round (v0.11.1), of which we’re ~75% through. Coming off our title in v0.11, we’ve spent much of this round building and improving our internal alliance infra. Force Prime is currently in the middle of “Grand Season III.” This multi-week event introduces new gameplay mechanics, allowing players to complete campaign maps, compete in tournaments, and earn season points. To begin the game, players will purchase one of five different packs of “starter elements.” After doing so, you’ll drag, drop, and combine these elements into the canvas on the screen to “discover” new ones. If you’re the first player to discover an element, you’ll be credited with a “new discovery.” In addition, you’ll also be eligible to earn some ETH, as 80% of the ETH spent on packs is distributed to players proportional to the amount of discoveries they have. Elements is a simple yet entertaining game. It has a sense of humor in typical Small Brain fashion, as the element combinations are quite funny. For example, I discovered “Quackgate” and “President Toad” by combining Ducks and Frogs with different elements. I also like how the game is financialized and that you can earn some ETH. Despite this, Elements is a basic game, so players looking for something more immersive may want to turn their sights elsewhere.
