# [AI Tools] Tutorial for using mid-journey

`In this post, I will teach you how to use mid-journey to create your image with your prompt, with simply method and sharing my experience.`

**Note** :Mid-journey bot is base on DC accounts, if you haven't verify, you need to verify first (after you input the first prompt, bot will tell you to verify), you can use the tool in `✍．mid-journey` channel. everyone have **25 images** free to use, if you want more, you need to spend money to subscribe, **I give the moonbirds holders bonus**, I create a `prompt-for-midjourney` channel, you can input your prompt there, I will help you to create image with my subscribed account, that means you have **unlimited** counts to create images .

### Simple Image prompt

Create image from your prompt using command`/imagine prompt` and type anything you want AI to plot

You will get the 4 different image from your prompt `U1, U2, U3, U4` buttons means you can upscale the image you want (the number of 1~4 image)

`V1, V2, V3, V4` buttons means you can choose the image that you want as base, then generate 4 different images (see the attach image3)

once you choose the image you like, choose the U1~U4, it will upscale you image, and you can save it to your phones or local.

Below are basic parameters of mid-journey `--ar` : you can type different shape of image, for now midjouney support `3:2, 2:3, 1:2, 2:1`, (complete command see the attach image5) `--s` : parameter influences how strongly Midjourney's default aesthetic style is applied to Jobs. default is `100`, you range is `0-10000` , my experience, not the higher will get the better result, you need to try by yourself. `--quality` : How much rendering quality time you want to spend. The default value is `1`. Higher values cost more and lower values cost less. only four number can use, `.25 .5 1 or 2` `--no`: Negative prompting, --no plants would try to remove plants from the image.

### input image as initial images

1.  upload your images that you want be an initial image, and click the right to copy the link
    
2.  paste the link to the command line (remember to input the /imagine prompt ) and write your prompt.

### Blend images

*   It's easy, just type the /blend and upload two different images.

### My experience sharing

*   You can type like "4K, 8K, HQ" prompt to get higher resolution images.
    
*   "Hyper realism" will give you more realism images, "photorealism" can have similar results.
    
*   You can add "perfect side of face" to get the side of faces (this is for create NFT use, same side of face will more like the same NFT projects)
    
*   add "\[\] background" can give you the background that you want. ex, "galaxy background", "white background"
