# all in web3的朋友

我的一个律师朋友近期找到我说要all in web3，他的背景是国内985本科藤校双学位硕士，父母也是法学背景的，选择离开律师行业背景的理由很纯粹，就是觉得律师作为传统行业待遇发展一眼望到头，他现在的待遇据他的描述是全包50个，职业天花板大概100个左右，觉得还是web3的机会更多，想要从自己的专业中逃离出来。 不得不佩服他的勇气和底气，对于普通人来说他的待遇已经是望尘莫及了，但是他仍然不满足。在我看来一个重要的原因是web3的吸引力太大了，能够给传统行业的很多人一些想象空间，也很庆幸自己虽然很多先天条件并不是很优秀，中途也走了很多弯路，但最后选择了自己喜欢的工作，每天都能认识很多有趣的人，都在不断的思考进步，On the road to web3，我感到很幸运。
