Some Changes,TL;TR
------------------

*   Satoshi Metaverse Token(SMT) is now renamed United Metaverse Token(UMT).
    
*   WIS Token (WIST) is adjusted from unlimited to a total of 10 billion.And the mint efficiency will be gradually reduced by the global efficiency value.
    
*   5% WIST is pre-minted and temporarily locked by the team for future liquidity and market activities. 95% of WIST will be mint in WIS App by user.
    
*   We will enable new cross-chain technology where tokens will interact across chains by burning and mint instead of using token pools.
