Today we’re chatting with Cong, WonderFi Lab’s CTO! Going over his goals for Labs, his accomplishments and what he likes to do with his spare time.

**What three words would you use to describe WonderFi Labs?**

Failed, fast, startup.

**What’s your go to explanation of how crypto works?**

Think of it like a spreadsheet that you can trust, every entry is valid and the book is always balanced. The best part? It's public information.

**Which environment do you prefer for getting focused work done?**

The Office Hustler: A bustling office where I can feel the energy around me.

**What’s the improvement you’d like to make to blockchain technology? Or what’s the one problem with blockchain technology you’d like to solve?**

Abstract away seed phrases.

Blockchain technology is still very much tech developed by tech people for tech users. We need to change that.

**What’s your dream workspace setup?**

The Minimalist: Clean desk, simple setup, just the essentials.

**What’s one thing you’ve learned from your colleagues?**

Everyone is smart.

**What’s the best part of your job? What’s the worst part of your job?**

😄 Best part: Reading whitepapers and playing with new ideas.

😖 Worst part: Dealing with HR issues.
