After _105_ days, we're finally getting to chat with Kartik, VP of Engineering & Head of WonderFi Labs!

**What three words would you use to describe WonderFi Labs?**

Innovation / Crazy / Fast

**What’s your go to explanation of how crypto works?**

Have you ever used an app called Splitwise to keep track of what you owe your friends? Crypto is basically that without the limitation of trust required to track between friends, opening it up to settle with anyone without knowing who they are, or where they are!

**Which environment do you prefer for getting focused work done?**

The Flexible Worker: Anywhere—couch, bed, standing desk—it changes constantly.

**What’s the improvement you’d like to make to blockchain technology? Or what’s the one problem with blockchain technology you’d like to solve?**

I really want people to leverage blockchain tech for day-to-day tasks without knowing the underlyings of how it works.

**What’s your dream workspace setup?**

The Cozy Corner: A comfy chair, soft lighting, and plants everywhere.

**What’s one thing you’ve learned from your colleagues?**

Patience 😛

**What’s the best part of your job? What’s the worst part of your job?**

😄 Best part: Coding.

😖 Worst part: Fully remote.

🎧 Lofi Music with a cozy background (❄️ snowy and blanket in winters /🌻 garden settings in summer)

💻 More like Netflix shows for me, Xo Kitty is the most recent binge watch.

Convincing my wife to let me buy a motorbike! 🏍
