This week we're checking in with Simon - our newest senior software engineer! He goes over his short time with the team, what he gets up to in his off time and sets the records for tabs open _so far_.

**What three words would you use to describe WonderFi Labs?**

Agile, disruptive, lean.

**What’s your go to explanation of how crypto works?**

Crypto is digital money that uses a secure and open blockchain to track transactions without relying on banks.

**Which environment do you prefer for getting focused work done?**

The Quiet Space: Complete silence—no distractions, please!

**What’s the improvement you’d like to make to blockchain technology? Or what’s the one problem with blockchain technology you’d like to solve?**

Make it more accessible to the general public.

Break down barriers that are difficult to understand and provide real value to people.

**What’s your dream workspace setup?**

The Minimalist: Clean desk, simple setup, just the essentials.

Have never counted - does brain feeling like mush count? (_AN: I'll allow it_)

**What’s one thing you’ve learned from your colleagues?**

Everyone is smrt!

**What’s the best part of your job? What’s the worst part of your job?**

😄 Best part: The people. Nothing is better than being able to work and grow along side one another.

😖 Worst part: I just started! Realizing that the sun sets very fast from when I wake up!
