Embrace,

Do not run or hide from the complexity or the trauma,

the stories told & untold,

the layers of your being.

Within them lies the essence

of who you truly are.

Stand tall in your truth,

If you don’t know it,

Find it.

You are enough,

just as you are,

a masterpiece,

living,

breathing—
