Last week was a bit more hectic than I would have liked, so this week I am putting together a double dose of releases from this past year leading into the Thanksgiving holiday here in the States. It’s no great secret that Thanksgiving’s origins are somewhat muddied, to say the least. What we are taught about the holiday and the genocide of Native American / First Nation people, so this year, as with all years, I’m giving thanks for a loving family and supportive friends, and more music than I could ever hope to listen to in a lifetime. This coming week has always been a lovely time to reflect and listen with my whole attention as the U.S. energy levels slow down just a bit, even for a few days.
