Knowing a knowledge point through a book, learning an experience through pain, understanding the process of things through close combat, and gaining a point of view through communication... These all change a person invisibly. If you keep doing it, keep doing it, it won't take a long time, it will cause qualitative changes. The process from red to violet on the spectrum is a continuous change. Don't ask how to get it right in one step. This is a false proposition. Everything is gradual, continuous, and abrupt in hindsight.
