# AltLayer第三期重新定位和 Flash 层活动教程

**1.领水Geth**

1）这个每天只能领0.02Geth，主网内最少有0.001ETH：[https://goerlifaucet.com](https://t.co/sCnkYr3qJp)

2）这个同样需要主网有0.001ETH，每天领0.05：[https://faucet.quicknode.com/ethereum/goerli](https://t.co/IwA6v9g6vc)

**2.用Geth获取stETH** 打开小狐狸钱包把Goerli ETH发送到0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F，得到stETH 输入金额，点击发送就可以了

然后点击添加代币stETH：0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F 输入合约地址直接添加就可以了

**3.质押stETH**

打开下边的网站，连接好钱包

接着选择质押stETH

输入质押的金额，点击next

钱包内批准，然后钱包内确认

完成质押 [https://goerli.eigenlayer.xyz](https://t.co/fQfSeLKkWH)

**4.重新测试 Flash 层**

打开下边的网站，连接好钱包

点击左侧的Create

然后选择Restaking Trial，点击继续

接着点击Proceed,输入名字

接着下滑到最下边，点击Validate

address ownership 钱包内签名，然后点击Create

目前他的Flash 图层有问题，等会再来吧
