# THREAD OTHERSIDE By [Jacky Lee](https://paragraph.com/@xplee) · 2022-05-06 --- In fact, there are several conditions that will affect the price of land: **1 Plot** According to the official map, the smaller the Plot id, the closer it is to the city center, the more expensive it will be. **2 Kodas** If there is Kodas on the land, then congratulations, the land price is up again, but there is no specific evaluation system, Kodas will be traded in the future. **3 Environment Tier and Sidement Tier** Quality of a land is determined by the environment but also by the size. Tier 5 are the largest lands with potentially more room for buildings, resources and others. And the quality of the ground (Sediment) will maybe offer a better yield at the highest tier (T3). Therefore, lands with an environment 5 and a sediment 3 are imo premium lands. From a scarcity POV, there are only 1,983/100,000 of them (i.e. 1.9% of the supply). And only a few tens/hundreds per environment! Floor is already extremely thin (only 84 under 10 ETH). **4 Artifacts with a limited supply** Artifacts are also deeply undervalued. We don't yet know their utility but each land will have the possibility of hosting an artifact (which will probably improve/protect the land). There are many artifacts with a supply <100 that are only 2 or 3x the floor. What will happen when people realize that there are only 88 Raven or 83 Lapis for several tens of thousands of lands that want the same benefits? Even the rarest and expensive lands will NEED artifacts! **5 Resource Tier** Resource occupies 5 positions in the picture(Total is 6), and I think this future value is immeasurable. There are Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Resources, each with 3 tiers. It is found that Eastern, Southern and Western Resources are only 108 pieces of land with Tier 3, can you say they are not precious. Lands are not typical PFPs.
