# 1.1 社区管理

YGG DAO 由公会学徒、大使和社区运营成员组成。 公会学徒一般由社区中的普通会员组成，但随着公会活动和游戏竞技舞台的发展，一部分高级玩家会组建专门的电竞团队（具体细节我会在下文加以介绍），而普通玩家则会在教练的指导下学习游戏操作和流动性挖矿。大使主要负责在各地区招募并培训玩家，而社区经理则主要负责按照规章条例对社区进行管理，并组织各项社区活动和投票等。
