StarkNet是一个无需许可的去中心化Validity-Rollup（也称为“ZK-Rollup”）。它作为以太坊上的L2网络运行，使任何dApp都能实现无限的计算规模 - 而不会影响以太坊的可组合性和安全性，这要归功于StarkNet对最安全，最具可扩展性的加密证明系统 - [STARK](https://starkware.co/stark/)的依赖。

2、注册Argentx钱包

3、进入测试网，连接小狐狸（切换到Goerli网络)、ArgentX钱包

4、没有测试币的可以进入这两个网站领取测试币，需要登陆推特授权一下。（领取完之后需要等待一会才会到账）

5、进入测试网，链接小狐狸钱包和Argent x钱包
