KOL众筹买蓝筹，然后申购超过50%的份额。Fractional上超过50%就可以定起拍价，kol用较低的起拍价买断整个NFT，韭菜只能按比例分配买断获得的资金。比如众筹花了200e，韭菜花1e参与了众筹，kol花20e买断整个NFT，韭菜只能赎回0.1E。
