加密挖矿公司比特小鹿（Bitdeer）计划与一家特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）Blue Safari 进行合并，合并后的公司将更名为 Bitdeer Technologies Group，预计明年一季度在纳斯达克股票市场上市，估值约为 40 亿美元，同时合并后的公司将继续由吴忌寒担任董事长。
