August 1, 2022 DAY140 A designed team structure allows us to get feedback on its implementation structure and improve it in the future. If an unclear team structure is used to drive the project, it will not be possible to learn from the team structure, and the organization will not be able to become stronger. It is very important for a company to improve its organizational capability.
