等几秒钟，在小狐狸钱包查看是否到账

然后在小狐狸添加usdt和usdc测试代币

Usdc的操作一样，复制usdc的合约地址进行添加即可，这里就不重复演示了。

添加完成之后可以看到两个代币的显示和数量

领取成功后，进行跨链桥交互-usdt-usdc-eth

右上角链接钱包，链接成功之后进行跨链交互操作

建议不要全部兑换，因为需要gas费，钱包显示的是matic，这个是有误的可以不用管。

这样就成功了

完成之后在调换一下，使用opside跨链到sepolia

这样就成功了，usdc和IDE都可以交互一下，不要全部兑换，留一些就行，IDE最少留1.2个，因为后面的交互要用到。

最后一步进行质押交互
