**1、领取arb测试代币** 输入钱包地址，直接点击send就可以了

领Sepolia ETH 然后通过 [https://bridge.arbitrum.io](https://bridge.arbitrum.io/?destinationChain=sepolia&sourceChain=arbitrum-sepolia) 跨过去

**2、领取NRN测试代币和人物** 打开下边的地址，连接好钱包，切换到arb sepolia网络 接着左侧选择Profile，连接好推特和DC 最后点击下边的claim，把代币和人物都领取了

**基本训练** 点击左侧的Overview，然后选择play now 进入游戏后，可以选择直接用钱包登录 根据提示一步一步的完成基本训练，整个训练任务有点麻烦大概需要15-20分钟，根据左上角的提示，等待变成绿色就完成任务了。

完成任务

**质押NRN测试代币** 完成基本训练以后，会给你一个人物 然后右下加选择质押，输入质押金额 点击stake，钱包内确认就可以了

**参与排位赛** 我们点击排位赛，会让你在钱包中添加NRN测试代币 我们打开钱包，点击添加代币，将下边的合约添加进去就可以

**训练模型** 然后再次点击排位赛，会让我们去保存ai模型 你们想训练自己的ai可以训练下，然后点击右下加的models 接着点击compete，钱包内确认就可以了 最后就可以去参加排位赛了

**积分** 总的积分在活动页面可以看到，但是需要时间结束以后才会进行积分的分配 一时半会显示不出来的，最后的空投是和积分挂钩 积分越多获得的空投越多
