511复盘反思金融市场，黑天鹅无时无刻都存在，没有too big to fail, 即使是市值前十，几百亿的盘子，也可能在一天之内跌去99%币会归零，币会归零，币会归零。不要盲目乐观，$SBR, $ICP, $LUNA就是这样的例子不要借钱，不要杠杆，不要期货，这一波，三样都齐了，实属不该，必须深刻反思活下去就有希望，就有机会，怕的是倒在黎明前。现在的情绪是极度悲观，极度焦虑。很多人可能不仅把之前的浮盈全部打掉，甚至本金也赔进去不少。牛市吃肉，熊市吃素，最怕的是吃土。焦虑，悲观的时候，去推上，去社群多看看别人的故事，寻求慰藉，振作起来，活下去，下一波牛市，又是一条好汉
