Zeru’s incentivized testnet, Zubbles69, is Based! The testnet that has attracted tens of thousands of users is now on Base Sepolia, exploring new protocols and AI-driven DeFi strategies.

Recapping why Zeru’s incentivized testnet is so significant:

Earning Zubbles is structured so each subsequent action is more attractive to execute than the previous one, helping you become familiar with the DeFi powerplay. This ensures a strong incentive for testnet users to move through the entire sequence of a DeFi strategy, helping us ensure all actions work as designed on Base Sepolia:

1. Deposit: Your entry point. You can’t borrow or repay a loan without this initial step.

2. Borrow: Now that you've deposited, it's time to borrow. This step offers more points to keep you motivated.

3. Repay: Completing the cycle earns you the highest amount of points, ensuring you finish what you started.

In another scenario, starting with opening a position and then closing it earns you significant points, making sure you get the most out of each move.

zScore launched on testnet recently, and influences the amount of Zubbles you earn. Learn more about zScore and its potential uses here.

One’s zScore will directly determine the amount of leverage they can take.

Here’s how you earn Zubbles based on your zScore:

We are continuing to feed more data into zScore’s model, and launching it as an EigenLayer AVS will ensure it has high uptime and fast response times.

To boost your zScore, focus on going through the entire cycle to repay or close your positions.  The higher your zScore, the more points you earn, and higher up the leaderboard you climb!

1. Real-Time Accrual: Points are accrued in real-time, updated every second.

2. Point Distribution: Points are divided into two categories:

   • Activity-Based Points: Awarded once per activity to encourage unique wallet addresses and diverse participation.

   • zScore-Based Points: Earned through specific actions that boost your zScore.

3. Activities to Earn Points:

   • Deposit

   • Borrow

   • Repay

   • Withdraw

   • Open Position

   • Close Position

   • Update Position

4. Relevance of zScore: zScore is a critical part of the Zeru ecosystem, promoting user engagement and differentiating users on the leaderboard. Activities earn points, but maximizing your zScore is equally important for thriving in the Zeru ecosystem. zScore points start at 500 and increase exponentially as shown in the table above.

5. Qualification Criteria: To claim points, users must complete specific activities:

   • Option 1: Deposit + Borrow + Repay

   • Option 2: Open Position + Close Position

By following these rules, you can maximize your Zubbles, climb the leaderboard, and make the most of the Zeru ecosystem.

• Activity Points: 13000

• zScore Points: 7500

• Total: 20500

By being a good DeFi user, you start to increase your zScore. Increasing your zScore earns you credit tokens, which enable you to begin taking zero-collateral loans in Zeru based on your prior borrowing and repayment history. It’s like a traditional credit score brought to the blockchain in a highly interoperable format, but does away with arbitrary and discriminatory criteria.

• Faucets accessible from the dApp that airdrop over $25K in testnet tokens

• Use your favourite wallet app like MetaMask, Zerion, and Rainbow
