# Clr.fund捐款教程及项目推荐

Clr.fund，是一种根据以太坊社区的偏好有效地将资金分配给有利于以太坊网络的公共产品的协议。Clr.fund 致力于实现可信的中立、去中心化、无需许可、无需信任和匿名。

Clr.fund 实例还具有许多其他特殊属性：

2）可扩展性——因为使用以太坊对用户来说可能很昂贵，clr.fund 使用“侧链”补充网络来获得以太坊主网络的大部分好处，但交易更快、更便宜。

2）连接右上角钱包后，点击start prep

3）点击I have BrightID installed(没有[BrightID](https://www.brightid.org/)的需要去申请个）

4)弹出二维码，用验证好的BrightID扫描验证即可。
