父亲丢了块表，他抱怨着翻腾着四处寻找，可半天也找不到。 等他出去了，儿子悄悄进屋，竟然没过多久就找到了表。 父亲问他，怎么找到的？ 儿子说，我就安静地坐着，一会就能听到滴答滴答的声音，表就找到了。 感悟： 有时候，我们太过执着于某事，反而越得不到自己想要的。把心静下来，才能看清事情的真相。 既然活着，就要好好活着，我们都要在喧嚣浮躁的世界里，学着找回自己内心的安宁。心若简单，岁月便静好。
