### 3\. 按照网页提示顺序， 创建， Mint， 设置.cel域名，最后点击Start按钮，过程中需要在okx钱包中进行签名。

### 4\. 升级等级

公民卡共有10个等级，初次注册时为1级。通过完成任务可以升级公民卡并获得积分奖励，但目前任务较少，升级途径有限。目前主要的升级方式是通过邀请小号来提升等级
