Zofuku has two business. One is distributed data center service. Second is a real estate agent. Let me explain why Zofuku need two different business.

Our purpose is to provide new life in web3 decentralized society. So the most important value for us are decentralized, trust-less and transparent. That is why we use only public blockchain. Public is very important for us because real estate transaction tends to non-transparent. We aim to combine some technologies, then connect digital and real life.

We think blockchain will become an infrastructure in the future. Now we provide our data center to [Phala Network](https://phala.network/) Secure Worker Mining. Phala Network is layer-1 blockchain for confidential secure cloud used TEE, which is one of the privacy technology. We contribute decentralization of Phala Network blockchain nodes in Japan. Privacy could service is needed all over the world in the near future and we think that privacy is essential for web3 society.

2\. Zofuku Real Estate
----------------------

We are also licensed real estate agent at Tokyo. Our customer is global mainly. We develop our service that user is able to buy real estate with NFT and crypto. Thus we will provide your house, and support your web3 life in the future.

Now we start to sell NFTs of real estate for your crypto life 🚀 We have two real estate projects.
