# Grayscale Securities将取代Genesis担任灰度加密信托产品的授权参与者

据CoinDesk报道，加密资产管理公司灰度（Grayscale Investments）周一宣布，其新推出的经纪交易商Grayscale Securities将作为公司加密信托产品的授权参与者，负责向投资者出售信托基金的新份额。Grayscale Securities是SEC和FINRA成员的注册经纪交易商。此前灰度将该业务外包给Genesis Global Trading。未来Genesis将继续作为流动性提供者，为信托采购加密货币。目前灰度没有计划在Genesis之外增加任何流动性提供者。
