Over the past year, the NFT space has gained traction, with more innovative initiatives coming to fruition and the NFT community expanding even more. We have witnessed the number of active NFT collections exceed over 3,000 collections by the end of 2021, the highest number yet, up from 193 at the beginning of March 2021. Over the course of the year, NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea, LooksRare, and X2Y2 have experienced record volumes of transactions and trade activity. However, as the market grew and matured, we began to see more creative initiatives, such as NFT OTC trading platforms, emerge and revolutionise the way collectors exchange and trade their assets.

What is OTC Trading?

Over-the-Counter (OTC), signifying a trade or transaction done directly between two parties without the presence of a 3rd party (e.g. an exchange, marketplace etc.). In the case of NFTs, marketplaces like OpenSea, Coinbase NFT and LooksRare are examples of platforms that most NFT collectors frequent.

There have been several incidents of scams employing NFT OTC platforms, with the majority involving the other side suggesting the usage of an unknown/fake site in conjunction with a harmful contract that drains your wallet. Some victims have also claimed exchanging their valuable NFTs for a bogus collection made by the other party.

类NFT的火热，Web3音乐项目的爆发路径可以参考DeFi的业务飞轮模式

音乐NFT是可以购买或出售的独特音频、音乐作品的所有权证明。NFT通过区块链技术提供权威所有权证明并带有可随时验证的真实性认证。类似加密货币代币，NFT存储于分布式账本，使其难以伪造。通过NFT，艺术家可以完全拥有其音乐作品的所有权，而不必与音乐公司或律师等中间机构分享收益。 对于艺术家，借助使用NFT，音乐家可以像往常一样发布和分享他们的音乐，不用通过中间人就可以获得版税。音乐会门票也可以嵌入NFT智能合约，这可以避免假票和黄牛票风险。 对于听众，有机会投资部分歌曲版权。歌曲播放量的增加使听众能够获得部分版税收入。专门用于音乐NFT的交易市场，粉丝和投资者可以在其中交易个别歌曲的细分份额。 因此，听众和粉丝可以直接参与推动他们最喜爱的音乐家的事业，音乐家和粉丝之间的联系会得到加强。

体育

NFTs为运动队和运动员引入了一种与粉丝互动的新方式，并为普通粉丝提供了另一种表达他们对喜爱的队伍和球员支持的方式。这一发展开创了体育收藏品的新时代，在某些情况下，允许球迷在他们喜爱的俱乐部中发挥决策作用。

游戏

游戏总是被垄断在中心化的企业实体手中，游戏的开发商或发行商对游戏中的虚拟经济有严格限制。

玩家不能自由交易他们在游戏中的物品和资产，通常需要非法使用第三方平台，依靠不安全的P2P交易来完成。更重要的是，游戏中的数字资产由开发者拥有和控制。

认识到 "传统游戏 "的局限性，开发商正在利用区块链技术建立游戏，让玩家在游戏中的物品和货币方面有更大的自由和自主权。这一过程很大一部分涉及到创建NFT和代币来代表数字资产和游戏中的货币。一旦游戏中的货币和物品被部署为代币和NFT，它们就可以在去中心化的交易所（DEX）和NFT市场上购买。换句话说，玩家可以自由交易，将这些物品换成其他加密货币，如Dai、USDC Coin、ETH，甚至是其他游戏资产。这是玩家更大自主权的结果，因为NFT提供了真正的所有权，允许玩家对资产做任何事情。

元宇宙

元宇宙是虚拟增强的物理现实和物理持久的虚拟空间的融合，允许用户将其作为其中之一来体验。简单来说，元宇宙可以被理解为一个共享的虚拟空间，类似于我们对物理世界的体验。例如玩家可以在数字世界中购买土地和车辆等虚拟资产，与朋友一起玩耍，参加活动等等。

如果一个中心化数字世界的开发者决定停止运营，那么所有的玩家将失去他们的账户，以及任何珍贵的游戏进展和资产。此外，一个中心化的非区块链平台通常给予管理员无限权力来改变数据，使他们成为数字世界的 "神"。

这种类型的虚拟现实并非永久的，这违背了元宇宙的要求，即能够提供对象的永久性。为了解决这个问题，开发商已经开始将VR游戏与区块链结合起来，让玩家能够访问区块链上永久记录资产，为他们提供在虚拟增强现实中拥有数字对象的 "真正所有权"。

利用NFT进行品牌营销

【智能合约】

智能合约（英语：Smart contract ）是一种旨在以信息化方式传播、验证或执行合同的计算机协议。智能合约允许在没有第三方的情况下进行可信交易，这些交易可追踪且不可逆转。

智能合约的目的是提供优于传统合约的安全方法，并减少与合约相关的其他交易成本。

【EVM虚拟机】

以太坊虚拟机，是智能合约代码的执行器。 当智能合约被编译成二进制文件后，被部署到区块链上。 用户通过调用智能合约的接口，来触发智能合约的执行操作。 EVM执行智能合约的代码，修改当前区块链上的数据（状态）。

也就是说，以太坊上用来执行智能合约的执行器，有了它就可以执行智能合约.

【Solidity语言】

Solidity是以太坊虚拟机（EVM）智能合约的语言。我觉得Solidity是玩区块链项目必备的技能：区块链项目大部分是开源的，如果你能读懂代码，能帮你规避很多亏钱项目。

Remix是以太坊官方推荐的智能合约开发工具，适合新手，可以在浏览器中快速部署测试智能合约，你不需要在本地安装任何程序。

【创建我的第一段智能合约】

进入remix，我们可以看到最左边的菜单有三个按钮，分别对应文件（写代码的地方），编译（跑代码），部署（部署到链上）。我们点新建（Create New File）按钮，就可以创建一个空白的solidity合约。

点击“新建”之后，在右边的编辑窗口填写一段智能合约代码

这是一个模拟水龙头（Faucet）工作的智能合约。也就是用户在以太坊的测试网，通过水龙头领取测试币的过程。下面来详解这段合约的每一行：

第一行

pragma solidity ^0.4.17;

所有的 Solidity 源码都必须冠以 "version pragma" — 标明 Solidity 编译器的版本. 以避免将来新的编译器可能破坏你的代码。

当前的版本是Solidity 0.4.17

第二行

contract Faucet { }

contract 合约

Faucet 合约名称（可自定义）

{ }里面包含的内容，就是一份合约的基本模块。

Solidity 的代码都包裹在合约里面. 一份合约就是以太应币应用的基本模块， 所有的变量和函数都属于一份合约, 它是你所有应用的起点.

第三行

function withdraw(uint amount) public {

function 函数

withdraw(uint amount) 定义一个名称为withdraw的函数名，参数为unit(无符号整数类型)的amount

public 此函数是公开可见的，可以从外部调用

{ }里面是函数的内容

第四行

require(amount <= 1000000000000000000);

require 条件判断语句，如果语句为真（True）则执行，语句为假（False），则不执行。

amount <= 1000000000000000000 这里的amount表示以太币的数量，单位为wei。与比特币一样，以太币也不是无限可分的，以太币的最小单位是Wei。

第五行

msg.sender.transfer(amount);

msg.sender表示当前合约调用的地址

transfer(amount) 表示转账的数量

第六行

function() public payable{}

这是一个回退函数(Fallback Function)

一个合约可以有一个匿名函数。此函数不能有参数，不能返回任何值。如果没有其他函数与给定的函数标识符匹配，或者如果根本没有提供数据，将执行一个合约的调用。

此外，每当合同接收没有数据的纯Ether时，会执行回退函数。此外，为了接收Ether，回退函数必须标记为payable。如果没有这样的函数，合约不能通过常规transactions接收Ether。

通俗地讲，我们部署这个水龙头合约，是不需要转账ETH的，只需要花费gas。如果没有回退函数，合约不能通过常规transactions接收Ether。

【编译并部署代码】

点开编译的页面，选择版本，点击Compile那里。或者在编辑代码的页面，按ctrl+S就可以编译代码。

编译好之后，点击左侧菜单的“部署”按钮，进入部署页面。在默认情况下，Remix会用JS虚拟机来模拟以太坊链，运行智能合约，类似在浏览器里跑一条测试链。并且remix会分配几个测试账户给你，每个里面有100 ETH（测试代币）。你点Deploy（黄色按钮），就可以部署写好的合约了。

部署成功后，你会在下面看到名为faucet的合约，在最下面红色框里面，是部署的合约地址。智能合约一旦部署上链成功，就不可篡改。如果你修改后重新部署，那就是另外一个合约了。

Web1.0为“只读”模式。Web1.0为信息互联网，网站只给用户提供信息，用户只能从网站上查看信息，不能读写和交互。 Web1.0以门户网站yahoo、新浪、搜狐为代表。个人信息和数据由平台掌握，平台可以封号、删帖，并获取用户个人信息。Web1.0时代中心化平台和个人网站各占半壁江山，形成“半中心化”生态。

Web2.0为“可读+可写”模式。Web2.0则以微博、推特、微信、抖音为代表，博主可以创作内容，然后获取流量收益和广告收益。普通用户使用这些平台，但没有收益。个人信息和数据由平台掌握，平台可以封号、删帖，并获取用户个人信息。那么就出来一些问题：平台依靠我们巨大的用户流量承接广告后获得收益，它会不会分给我们每个用户? 平台利用算法，根据我的个人信息精准推送广告怎么办？甚至有的平台直接把我们的个人信息卖给别的公司怎么办？这不仅窃取了我们的个人信息，而且这些广告收入也不会分给我们用户。平台利用了我们的个人信息和数据来赚钱，而我们的信息和数据也是属于我们的，也可以是我们的资产，我们可以自主选择与他人签订协议进行合作分配。Web2.0时代形成信息孤岛，大公司垄断数据，形成“中心化”生态。

Web3.0则是“可读+可写+拥有”。Web3.0则是用户通过去中心化的钱包建立账户，账户信息和内容数据由用户拥有，而不是由平台控制，用户对个人信息的安全性和所有权有了保障。用户可以通过自己创作、建立社区、与品牌合作等方式赚取收入。有的平台和社区也会有发布内容的给奖励的模式，也就是所说的“创作即挖矿”。甚至可以奖自己的创作铸造成NFT，用来交易。比如最近出来的SocialFi模式，按规定发布文章、视频和音乐，评论转发点赞，都会有奖励。创作者能够以独特的方式建立和拥有社区，并真正让他们的粉丝参与到创作过程中，不仅为自己创造收入，也可以为粉丝提供赚钱的机会。这些制度是运行在智能合约上，是“去中心化”的。Web3.0平台有Mirrior、Cyberconnect、RSS3、Boom、Monaco 等等。

The power structures of the creator economy are rapidly changing - creators are now in the driver’s seat, being offered the opportunity to have greater individuality than ever before through Web3 creator platforms.

When we think of content creators, examples include YouTubers and TikTokers creating content for their fans. Today, creator platforms are taking too much income away from the actual creator -  they do not provide options for creators to be discovered through their algorithms and few provide direct ownership where all stakeholders have a financial upside based on their contributions. This is, we believe, the next iteration for the category - a substantial shift since we published our first edition of the creator economy report in 2021. Creators are no longer just the product - they are the new economies.

What is the creator economy?

The creator economy consists of people who, just like any of us, have a hobby that becomes monetizable. For platforms, they are the tools that allow creators to make an income from doing what they love. Since we published our first edition of the creator economy, billions of dollars have been invested in the space by some of the most prominent investors including the likes of Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, Bessemer, Northzone and Lightspeed. Additionally, creator platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and TikTok have launched their own creator funds who are providing tools as well as resources to entice creators to partner with them. However, the problem many creators have faced over the years is the ability to have stable financial upside from all the effort they have contributed towards the platforms and the millions of users they are driving to them as a result, as discussed in Antler’s recent deep-dive, The Attention Economy. However, this is now changing.

Why becoming a creator will be a career option for many

Over five billion people currently use the internet. Of those, 93% are using their mobile to access the internet, spending in the region of seven hours online daily across several different media platforms.

Creator economy market sizing: How big is it?

Today, the creator economy market has reached an outstanding US$104.2bn. The same research also states that one billion people will self-identify as a creator over the next five years, all of which is supported by investors pouring a record US$1.3bn into the creator economy space in 2021 alone.

It’s time to properly compensate creators and to make this a more transparent, fairer economy.

Before we start exploring the next iteration of the creator economy, through the lens of Web3 platforms, let’s take a step back and explore the history of the creator economy since the inception of the internet.

Web1 refers to the first version of the web: read-only. Also called ‘The Information Economy,’ Web1 examples are static web and personal sites, where the users’ role was mainly limited to reading the information provided by a few content producers, with no option for them to circle back to those creators. An example is AOL, which was consumption-only.

As more people started gravitating to the internet, Web2 saw the rise of influential people who started blogging, gradually amassing significant fame and online audiences on platforms such as MySpace, Blogger, Soundcloud as well as Vinyl.

Thereafter, Web2 creators started monetizing their audience primarily via advertising, becoming the channels for other brands - allowing creators to earn revenue through affiliate advertising and sponsorship agreements. However, they were just the conduits of these other brands and businesses with no loyal attachment to the company.
