When you get burnt out, everything seems like a chore, interest dwindles, and you lose sight of what drew you to the crypto space in the first place.</p><p>That’s where grass comes in. Yes, grass.<br>You need to “go outside and touch grass”, a term that refers to taking a break from your usual crypto routine to kick back, relax and enjoy the non-crypto parts of life.<br>”How do I do that?,” you might ask. Well, it’s easy. Call your friends or family up and have a nice dinner with them, or go on a hike, take a weekend trip somewhere that you enjoy being, learn something new and different like pottery or painting, or fix that bike that’s been forgotten in your garage.</p><p>Crypto is meant to improve your life, not make it worse.
