THE FEYNMAN LEARNING METHODA quite interesting and distinctive book by the authors Âm Hồng Tín and Lý Vĩ. Admiring the learning method of the famous physicist Feynman, the authors have thoroughly researched his thought processes and the learning methods he applied in his career and teaching. The book focuses on 5 core steps to help us learn quickly, remember longer, and make significant progress.

This is also the next book in a series of 5 books about learning and teaching methods that I will share with you before the new year 2025.I hope that you will not only apply these methods for yourself but also use them as a foundation to guide and accompany the next generations. This could be your child - the sweet fruit of your partnership, or your students, whether they are school children, university students, or trainees - those you teach and mentor.Having the right learning method not only saves us a lot of time but also allows us to quickly achieve our goals and realize our personal aspirations. These 5 methods can be applied across all aspects, fields, and ages

.1. SETTING GOALSMany people give up studying because they haven't defined their goals from the start. This is true in many different situations, whether it's a class, a project, or a book. Many study because they hear others praise it, read books based on trends, and thus easily give up when facing difficulties or challenges. Therefore, the first thing we need to do is to identify our goals through two steps:

Step One: Clarify the purpose of learning. Learning not only changes our thinking profoundly but also serves as the foundation to refine our thought processes in four aspects: open-minded thinking, developing critical thinking, honing logical thinking, and enhancing communication ability. Step Two: Focus on the goal. Clarify the significant benefits it brings by finding future directions and concentrating on the present. To do this well, we need to know how to make specific plans to implement goals and turn them into actionable tasks. Ensure the SMART principle is adhered to when setting goals. For example, when reading a book, we must see what it can offer us in the future in specific areas (child-rearing, developing thought, career, or personal finance). Simultaneously, consider how it can be applied to our current life. From there, we can plan and apply it immediately. Only then does new knowledge truly enter our lives.

GRASPING KNOWLEDGEMany have shared with me that after finishing a book, they often forget everything. This is because they haven't established a proper learning process for themselves. The knowledge they've just received is only on the surface. So, what is the standard process we should apply?

First: Short-term memory. Here, we need to build a knowledge system with questions like: Why are we reading this book? What is the core content? How can it be applied to life? Second: Psychological symbols. We need to visualize words because our brain can absorb knowledge through images more easily than through words. Third: Double coding. This helps us deepen our knowledge system through two main systems: language by meaning of words and images by meaning of visuals. Fourth: Long-term memory. Transfer the newly acquired knowledge from short-term to long-term memory through mind mapping. This is the combination of words and images I've shared with my students. Using mind maps, we can systematize knowledge visually, systematically, and logically. Combined with reflection, connection, and packaging through personal experiences, we create our own knowledge system. This method I've applied for over 13 years and have taught in detail through my first book "Start Deep Transformation from Books."

SHARING KNOWLEDGEWe have two ways to learn: passive and active. Listening, watching, and reading are passive learning. Active learning involves discussing with others, applying knowledge in practice, and especially teaching others. This approach helps us remember up to 90% of what we've learned. The reason this method is so effective is if we don't understand something deeply and systematically, it's hard to convey it to others. Therefore, if we think we know a field well but can't convey it succinctly and clearly, we still have knowledge blind spots. The task then is to systematize our foundational knowledge through diagrams, then learn to present and share it in our own words via our created diagrams.

REVIEW AND REFLECTThis part helps us retain knowledge through three steps: doubting, exploring; reflecting, and enhancing memory capacity.

Doubting, Exploring: This helps us delve deeper, expand, and verify knowledge effectively, identifying our weaknesses to adjust timely. Reflecting: Through self-reflection and discussions, we build multi-dimensional relationships in science, practice, and systems. Both processes enhance memory as we focus on useful knowledge, striving to deepen and expand what we've learned, developing principle thinking. 5. SIMPLIFICATION AND ABSORPTIONThe final step in Feynman's learning method helps us systematize what we've learned, turning it into useful personal knowledge for application in career and life.To achieve the best results, follow these five basic steps:

Step One: Note down core knowledge. What is valuable to us? Highlight, circle, and annotate it. Step Two: Organize knowledge comprehensively by selecting and arranging information logically. Step Three: Systematically absorb by expanding and synthesizing from personal perspectives. Step Four: Share and communicate what you've learned for feedback and knowledge reinforcement. Step Five: Create and develop new knowledge. With more thought, knowledge is recreated, connected, and resonates, leading to personal growth and unique knowledge creation. This forms the foundation for personal knowledge systemization, a goal everyone should aim for in learning and personal development. I hope this sharing helps you find the right methods and paths on your journey!

Nhưng why work?

Banker: Chịu trách nhiệm in tiền và quản lí, điều phối dòng tiền.

Work hay Proof of Stake.

$TIA, Dymension, Hyperlane, Monad,...

L0 airdrop, $LINK, $PYTH,...

$KUJI, $TIA, Berachain.

$PEPE, $DOGE, Inscription.

- Lí do vì nghèo.

Thì anh em holder kiêm shiller work for my bag đi spam cmt shill trên Twitter.

Han Kang doesn't just take readers on a journey to explore the deep fissures in human souls, peeling away layers of personal identity, but also constructs a profound ecological feminist allegory.

✦ MULTIPLE NARRATIVE PERSPECTIVES

The linked stories of "The Vegetarian" are compiled from three short stories: The Vegetarian, Mongolian Mark, and Fireworks. Although Yeong-hye is the central character, her story is narrated through the perspectives of her husband, brother-in-law, and sister. This makes Yeong-hye an enigmatic and distant figure. Her thoughts and emotions are only revealed through brief monologues. As the story progresses, she increasingly withdraws both physically and emotionally. This silence is a profound metaphor for how individuals, especially women, are often ignored and isolated by society.

✧ The Husband's Indifference

The first part, The Vegetarian, is narrated from the perspective of Yeong-hye's husband. To him, she was "the most ordinary woman in the world." She had no notable flaws, nor any particularly attractive features. This ordinary, almost mundane, normality led him to choose her as a wife – a natural and easy decision because, to him, she demanded nothing, causing no insecurity or concern about comparison with other men.

During their five years of marriage, Yeong-hye fulfilled the role of a "normal wife" perfectly and without difficulty. She always woke at 6 AM, prepared meals with fish and soup for him to take to work. When he came home late, she did not complain. He could lounge with the TV remote all weekend, and she would not nag. She spent most of her time in her study, only silently entering the kitchen at dinner time.

However, everything began to change when Yeong-hye decided to become a vegetarian. This was the first time her husband sensed something unusual in her actions, and it was when he realized that for the past five years, he had never really understood her. Her decision to become vegetarian, stemming from a bizarre dream, gradually alienated her from her everyday life. It not only caused him discomfort but also shook the familial order he had tried to maintain.

“— What are you doing? Finally, I couldn't stay calm, and I shouted. Like last night, she didn't bother with my presence, continuing to dispose of the meat into the garbage bag. Beef, pork, chicken cut into pieces, and that sea eel over there, at least worth two hundred thousand won. [...] — Is there any shirt ready? No answer. I swore under my breath, quickly rummaged through the basket by the bathroom and found the shirt I had thrown in there yesterday. Luckily, it wasn't too wrinkled. I draped the tie around my neck like a scarf, put on my socks, then grabbed my wallet and notebook. Until then, my wife had not left the kitchen. For the first time since our wedding day, I left for work without her preparation or farewell. — She's gone mad. Truly unbearable..."

Instead of trying to understand the reason behind his wife's decision, he considered it "nonsense." Although suspicious of Yeong-hye's condition, he "never even considered seeking treatment or counseling as one might suggest." He was "disgusted by this entire situation," "felt a strong revulsion towards his wife," and feared that when she got out of the hospital, he would "have to live alone with this strange, fearsome woman."

Yeong-hye's silent resistance made him confused and angry, especially as she rejected the roles society and family had imposed upon her. The tension in their relationship escalated, culminating in Yeong-hye's suicide attempt. Through the husband's lens, one sees how patriarchal society has turned women into submissive entities, confined within predefined roles and imprisoned by societal and familial expectations.

✧ The Brother-in-Law's Obsession

In the second part, Mongolian Mark, the story is told from the perspective of the brother-in-law, the only one who noticed Yeong-hye's dream:

“— Because I dreamed...

— Dreamed? He asked again.

— I dreamed... so I can't eat meat anymore.

— What did you dream?

— A face.

— A face?”

From their first meeting, he sensed a strange power in Yeong-hye, which he likened to "a wild plant without branches." This obsession deepened when he discovered the Mongolian mark on her body – a remnant from a painful past he was unaware of, seeing it only as inspiration for an artistic masterpiece.

The painful past behind Yeong-hye's Mongolian mark involved the beatings she endured from her father with a gun butt until she was eighteen. Through her husband's recounting, Yeong-hye grew up with these beatings. This mark became a part of her past trauma, rejection, and simultaneously, the source of her silent resistance in the present.

The brother-in-law was the only one who recognized an unusual desire in Yeong-hye, a yearning to photosynthesize like a plant. The moment she bared her chest on the balcony to soak up the sunlight, blooming like flowers, was etched in his mind. This image surpassed all the films he had ever shot, a perfect fusion of nature and art.

This obsession gradually became a powerful drive, making him not only want to admire but also to transform Yeong-hye's body into an artwork. He teetered on the fine line between artistic creation and personal desire. Painting flowers on Yeong-hye's body, in his eyes, was the completion of the masterpiece he had long sought. However, his obsession became distorted and tangled with carnal desires, pulling him into betrayal. The boundary between art and morality was blurred by lust:

“All perfect. Just like the sketch. The scene of his red flower opening and closing on Yeong-hye's Mongolian mark was repeated many times. He shivered. The most savage, yet simultaneously the most beautiful combination of images. Each time he closed his eyes, he felt the blue from the plant sap flowing, soaking from his belly to his thighs.”

Though in spiritual harmony with Yeong-hye, he could not touch her deep-seated pain. For him, loneliness was the fate of an artist, an exile always seeking true creation. For Yeong-hye, it was a desperate silence, unable to find an outlet. This resonance, though seemingly profound, existed with an unbridgeable gap, rendering their relationship twisted and haunting.

✧ The Sister's Empathy

In the final part of the novel, Fireworks, the story is narrated from the perspective of In-hye, a character contrasting with Yeong-hye but equally tragic. While her younger sister sought to escape societal constraints by fasting and longing to become a tree, In-hye spent her life adhering to the responsibilities and roles society placed upon her: a mother, wife, and devoted sister. However, witnessing her sister's gradual decline, In-hye began to question her own life.

Seeing Yeong-hye reject human nature and rush towards death as an escape, In-hye was alarmed and realized the contrast between them. Yeong-hye was ready to give up everything, while In-hye tried to hold onto everything, including meaningless relationships and heavy responsibilities. Gradually, In-hye realized she had been trapped in a life she never truly desired.

This inner awakening led In-hye to understand that Yeong-hye's desire was not just madness but also a form of resistance against societal and human pressures. Her sister's choice was not surrender but a way to reclaim freedom. In-hye began to empathize with Yeong-hye, no longer forcing her to eat and even opposing the nurses who brutally force-fed Yeong-hye. Ultimately, In-hye recognized that the rigidity in following social norms was meaningless. Both sisters had been imprisoned by societal rules imposed upon their lives.

“— ...You too. — What are you talking about. You... — No one understands me... Doctors, nurses, all the same... No one tries to understand... Just forcing pills, injections... Yeong-hey's voice was low, slow but firm. Her tone was as cold as it could be. Finally, she had to scream out what she had been suppressing. — It's because we're afraid you'll die! Yeong-hye turned her head, looking at her as if she was staring at a complete stranger. After a moment, Yeong-hye uttered her final question, then fell silent. — ...So, can't one not die?”

"Can’t one not die?" This question Yeong-hye posed reflected her questioning of her own right to decide her fate. This questioning made In-hye ponder the essence of life: Is it worth continuing when life is merely habit and duty, devoid of real joy and meaning? The relationship between the sisters gradually illuminated each other, as In-hye began to realize that without those strange dreams, Yeong-hye might have lived like her, and vice versa, if In-hye had such dreams, she could have become Yeong-hye. This is the tragedy of two lives caught in societal molds, questioning whether life is worth clinging to.

Yeong-hye yearned to become a tree, a symbol of liberation and harmlessness. She believed that as a tree, she would no longer be lonely because "all trees in the world seem to be siblings." It was an unattainable dream but everything she desired. From refusing to eat meat to completely rejecting food, Yeong-hye gradually tried to become the tree in her mind, her physical form shrinking to that of a frail child. Though slowly dying, her current life, full of suffering and torment, might be worse than what she had experienced.

In-hye's inner conflict represented the struggle between continuing to fulfill responsibilities and accepting her sister's choice. By the end of the story, both characters leave the reader with a painful view of lives suffocated by unattainable societal expectations.

✧ Yeong-hye's Silent Voice

Throughout the linked stories of "The Vegetarian," Yeong-hye rarely gets a chance to speak. She appears in the story through others' perspectives—her husband, brother-in-law, and sister. Though the novel's center, her voice seems drowned out by others' judgments and perceptions. However, her silence does not make her fade into obscurity; rather, it makes her more mysterious, sparking the reader's curiosity. Yeong-hye represents those in society who are silenced, those who have yet to find a way to express their deep-seated frustrations.

Her voice only appears briefly, yet each time it carries intense fear and inner struggle. One of the few highlights of her voice is in her haunting dream, where she recounts her skepticism about her own body and existence. In that dream, Yeong-hye perceives herself as a violent entity, contrasting with her desire to escape the violent nature of humanity.

The dream about a murderer and a hanging piece of meat suggests the turmoil in her mind, representing the conflict between consciousness and the subconscious. In a narrative passage, she confesses: "I only believe in my chest. I like my chest. Because it can't kill anyone... But why does it keep shrinking... Why am I getting thinner day by day." These lines show that Yeong-hye struggles not only with societal norms but also with her own body and self. She wishes to transcend human limitations to achieve a state of harmless existence, free like a plant—a hope to escape the invisible pressures of modern life.

Gradually, Yeong-hye's voice becomes sparse and completely vanishes in the final chapter, Fireworks, as the narrative shifts to In-hye's perspective. However, this silence powerfully contrasts with the explosive emotions and thoughts within her. Silence is not surrender; silence is Yeong-hye's chosen method to resist the norms imposed upon her. In her journey to reject human nature, to cease eating and communicating, Yeong-hye seeks an escape, a way to completely free herself from invisible constraints.

Each character in the story views Yeong-hye through their own lens: her husband sees her vegetarianism as bizarre and irrational; her brother-in-law is obsessed with her body as an art piece; and In-hye sees her choice as a process of self-liberation from life's bonds. But ultimately, only Yeong-hye truly understands the inner compulsion driving her.

By "depriving" Yeong-hye of her narrative voice, Han Kang cleverly grants her an invisible power: the power of silence. Yeong-hye's silent voice represents a yearning for liberation beyond human limits, posing profound questions about how we evaluate and perceive those around us. Yeong-hye is not just a character imposed upon, but also an icon for the inner struggles of those unheard, those souls silenced in society.

✦ ECOLOGICAL FEMINISM

Han Kang clearly expresses the ideology of ecological feminism (ecofeminism), a theory linking the oppression of women with the oppression of nature. Yeong-hye, the protagonist of "The Vegetarian," resists patriarchal society not with violence or words but by refusing to participate in the imposed norms. Her decision to stop eating meat and eventually all food does not aim to escape life but to transition to a new state of existence—as a tree, where she does not have to obey anyone, be controlled or exploited as humans do to nature and each other.

Refusing meat is the initial expression of her quiet yet strong resistance. In many cultures, meat consumption represents human control over nature—an oppressive act. By rejecting meat, Yeong-hye not only rejects part of the food system but also the entire value system patriarchal society imposes on her. She does not negotiate, does not compromise, and does not seek reconciliation. Her decision is absolute and definitive, much like her desire to entirely escape all binding norms.

Ecological feminism in the story is expressed through Yeong-hye's desire to transform into a tree—an entity not governed by humans or social institutions. Trees need only sunlight and water to survive, without having to take from anyone else. This represents ultimate freedom from oppression, where Yeong-hye can exist in a state of purity, free from the control of family, husband, or society.

A common mistake that leads many people to burnout is not allowing themselves to slow down. They have overly high expectations for their performance and personal growth, which forces them to continuously push forward. They don't permit themselves to rest, sacrificing their health for their goals.

And just like a car, when you drive too fast, that's when you're most likely to lose control.

As someone who has experienced burnout more than once, I understand this feeling very well. Here’s a bit about my own story:

I realized that intentional rest is incredibly important. Even machines need maintenance. We too need breaks to rejuvenate ourselves, enabling sustainable development in our own rhythms.

I've observed this pattern in everything:

When you engage in resistance training, your muscles don't grow during the workout; they grow during rest. The workout itself introduces damage to your muscles, which then become stronger through recovery.

Similarly, staying up all night to study isn't always beneficial. Studying when you're not alert isn't effective. Sometimes, a good sleep (and entering REM sleep) is when neurons regenerate, helping to reinforce and deepen the memories you've studied.

Therefore, from someone who used to be reluctant to spend money on outings, this year I've shifted my mindset. I've invested in trips and time away from work because to be creative (output), I need to add knowledge and experiences (input).

Ultimately, I just want to say:

Your efforts are incredibly valuable. But sometimes, return to yourself, listen deeply to your own needs, and ask yourself how you feel? What do you really need? Are you truly happy?

At the end of the day, only you know what should be prioritized right now.

Just a little deeper connection with yourself like this will tell you whether you need to speed up or slow down. Go fast when you can. But slowing down is what helps you go far.

(And enjoy your journey more).

Using such a massive force requires a quick victory. If prolonged, the army will tire, morale will decline; besieging fortified cities will exhaust combat strength, and long campaigns abroad can strain a nation's finances. If the army is fatigued and morale low, even the most talented and wise cannot salvage the situation. Therefore, in warfare, one only hears of swift victories having some flaws but never of prolonged conflicts benefiting the state.

From Sun Tzu's era, war has always been an expensive affair. Historical statistics indicate that, under total war conditions, a nation must use 40-60% of its GDP in the same year to fuel the war machine. This does not even account for the physical infrastructure damage and, more terrifyingly, the demographic catastrophe that might be irreversible. However, this article will not discuss the consequences of war.

Force Ratio

Since Sun Tzu's time, theorists have recognized one of the crucial factors determining the success of military operations: the force ratio. Experience and war statistics from East to West, past to present, have set a standard that every infantry tactician must memorize: "The force ratio to launch a successful offensive is 3:1."

Much can be said about this 3:1 ratio. For example, before the 1953-1954 dry season, the total French forces in Vietnam numbered 445,000, while the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) had only 252,000. Yet, at Dien Bien Phu, the PAVN achieved a 3:1 force ratio against the clustered French defenses. To assemble such an "iron fist," logistics played a crucial role.

Take the example of Dien Bien Phu (where the logistics miracles of our heroic ancestors could fill books). Considering the basic logistics need of an army - food (specifically, rice). The French calculated that from Region 5 (Thanh Hoa - Nghe An provinces) to Dien Bien Phu, a porter carrying 20 kg of rice would arrive with only 5 kg. Assuming a soldier needs 500 grams of rice daily; the necessary PAVN force to attack Dien Bien Phu was 45,000; and the campaign lasted 30 days. Thus, the rice needed to be transported, not accounting for losses and spoilage, was 2,700 tons. Transporting 2,700 tons of rice on foot over nearly a month's journey made the French confident that the Viet Minh couldn't launch a significant campaign at Dien Bien Phu due to... lack of rice.

The French's assessment was scientifically based, as they faced the Viet Minh - an unmechanized military force. With malnourished, illiterate peasants, the French believed a series of logistical problems, from road-building, preparing essentials, ammunition transport, was impossible. However, as President Ho Chi Minh wrote: "... Difficult as it may be, the people will complete it."

I particularly love this quote about the logistics miracle named Dien Bien Phu: "The French could not have imagined that what would kick them out of Indochina was 30,000 bicycles - a product of their own 'development' in Indochina." With bicycles, the rice two porters could carry to Dien Bien Phu increased from 40 kg to 200 kg. Thus, the food loss rate was reduced, and the time to fill warehouses was significantly shortened. Thereby, the logistical impossibility for the Dien Bien Phu campaign was solved.

The Unending Flow

Concluding World War II, Soviet leader J. Stalin famously said, "... The Soviet Union does not lack blood." Another famous quote from this time, attributed to Joseph Stalin, is: "The death of one man is a tragedy, but the death of a million is a statistic." These quotes reflect the brutality of World War II, but from a military perspective, we must ask: "Where do you get a million soldiers from?"

The Unending Flow

Concluding World War II, Soviet leader J. However, moving a million people from the vast, rugged Soviet Union with its harsh weather (especially in winter) quickly to battlefields 5,000-6,000 km away was a logistical challenge.

Enter the optimal Soviet transport solution in WWII: the "victory trains." With superior speed and cargo capacity, railways were the hot, continuous arteries feeding the Soviet war machine. Not just personnel, but on these non-stop day-night trains, ammunition, food, medicine, weapons, tanks, etc., were continuously delivered to the front.

With the railway's success in WWII, most Soviet weapon systems were standardized for rail transport. We see this today with the Russian army using trains to transport T-54 tanks. If a 3:1 ratio doesn't guarantee victory, a 5:1 or 10:1 ratio might. As Chinese web novels often write: "Before absolute strength, all schemes are useless." With unlimited logistical support, the current example being the Russian army's overwhelming artillery usage against Ukraine, "more than half the victory" seems predetermined.

Logistics is Not Everything

According to game theory, war is an endless game where the first to quit loses. War tests not just economy and logistics but also the will of each combatant.

Vietnam could complete its resistance against the U.S. with extremely limited logistics compared to America's modern, robust supply chains. Despite higher casualties, the defeated were the "rich army" across the ocean.

Americans failed because they couldn't tolerate Vietnam's losses.

In military circles, it's often said: "The U.S. military will retreat if losses reach 5% of forces." Statistics and American interventions support this "folklore."

When Defense Secretary McNamara's computers optimistically predicted America's victory in Vietnam, the 1968 Tet Offensive shocked them with unexpected casualties, leading to a draft lottery. This opened opportunities for peace talks between Vietnam and the U.S.

America's political system, conscription policies, and internal social factors make human losses taboo in its expeditions. But in a total war, defending America, the story would differ. American anti-war sentiment and global solidarity were crucial in Vietnam's great victory.

Conclusion

From ancient times, it was said: "One soldier, three porters." Ensuring war's outcome, a proportional logistics force is vital. Modern tanks, planes are just scrap without fuel. "The future of war" like UAVs, UGVs, USVs are useless if not delivered to the right place, time, and person (or simply run out of... battery).

Yet, war isn't just an endurance contest of economies or logistics. "The Americans lost because they didn't understand Vietnam" - before a life-and-death struggle of a nation, with just "bare feet" and "bamboo spears," the iron will of a people can render numerical superiority meaningless.

Indeed, there is no such thing as right or wrong, good or bad, should or shouldn't in the absolute sense. Because they are merely subjective judgments based on personal values. But you might ask, then why do the enlightened ones act, share, and think as if they know exactly what should and shouldn't be? And if there is no right or wrong, where would humanity go, if no one cared about right and wrong, wouldn't the world have perished long ago due to wrong human thinking?

However, to be more precise, it is these binary value systems that society pursues that lead to corruption. It is subjective judgment that makes humans less compassionate, tolerant, and understanding. Because they are biased towards one half of the universe and neglect the other half, isn't it? When we deem something as right and follow it, we oppose the other. Doesn't war come from this divisive or judgmental thinking?

You see, God has given all humans what is called free will. Through this free will, they create what is known as reality for themselves, and they must also be responsible for each choice made. How could God judge right-wrong, should or shouldn't, when He Himself has granted His children this free will? More accurately, through this free will, humans become conscious of the consequences of their choices, leading to higher choices. Isn't it true that when you steal something from someone else, because you no longer want the consequences that come with it, you stop making that choice? Isn't it true that when you harm someone, internally you feel resentment, anger, and you are also hurt and negatively affected, and you no longer want that, so you stop harming? This free will has a purpose in urging us towards higher choices, and ultimately, the most sublime one, returning to God's perfection. You choose the highest consciousness, you choose unconditional love when you experience every nook and cranny of human existence, and see the limits of them.

But what is a sublime choice, look into your feelings to see, those choices that make you joyful, happy, elated, radiant, peaceful in a pure way. God will whisper to you that you have come home.

Each person's choices are perfect according to their process, and the noblest act is to observe those choices objectively. Don't judge right-wrong, good-bad, should or shouldn't, and impose they must follow your "dictatorship," because your dictatorship only makes them more stubborn in their choices. As someone once said, it's not about how many people preach, but how many are willing to listen to "Them". But we have too many preaching right-wrong, good-bad when the listeners are not ready, and that will cause many side effects. Because to reach a higher choice, one must experience the consequences of the so-called "lower" choice, to then be able to move on from them. Therefore, if possible, guide people to be conscious of the consequences of choices, that pain-suffering-resentment-jealousy-worry-fear is not their essence, but joy, tolerance, and love is.

You see, instead of saying someone is not perfect, is greedy-angry-foolish, it would be better to say their essence is kind, compassionate, and full of wisdom. Because that will make them reflect and "choose again". But if you label them as negative, they will believe and prove to you "That's who I am, what can you do about it?".

And finally, God does not judge human choices, He has given them tools like thought, body... so they can freely experience, and self-realize through those experiences. But humans are making choices that bring immense pain and loss to themselves and other beings. We do not need such horrific pains to awaken - to experience who we are, as well as inner joy, fulfillment, and abundance. But the more we judge and oppose them, the more we give them the "passion" to harm and slip further into suffering. What we can do is pray, give thanks, and wish them well. It is to spread the truth to those who are ready to listen, it is to think-speak and act from inner peace. When inner peace within humans prevails, then world peace naturally happens.

"When I was little, my brother asked me, 'Do you want us to be like the stars in the sky up there?' I shook my head naively. He smiled gently, saying he really wanted to live like those stars, born to shine brightly and illuminate the dark night sky. It wasn't until I grew up that I reflected on his words. Do people always want to reach the pinnacle, always want to achieve brilliant success with their dreams? 'Is living about shini?

Everyone is born with dreams and aspirations, wanting to live a meaningful life. 'Living' is experiencing and contributing, not just existing, because existing means living a dull, unimpressive life without contributing to the world. 'Shining' means breaking through to achieve the pinnacle of success, truly standing out in life. 'Is living about shining?' This question makes us ponder our life philosophy. Do we need to live an impressive life, to stand out, to reach the peak of life?

Humans are born to make an impact, not to be dull and insignificant like a grain of sand in the vast ocean. So what does it mean to live a 'shining' life? Many people want to stand out, to fulfill their dreams. These are ambitious individuals with dreams that, when achieved, elevate them to new heights, like becoming famous, winning top prizes, or being recognized for some special talent. They never stop striving, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Moreover, those who want to shine must be patient, determined, and resolute.

To shine in life is wonderful; one can reach the summit, enter a new beautiful horizon, and become an artist shining in the arts, living fully for their passion, using their talent and intellect to serve humanity. A shining artist is famous, known by many. If one has talent, isn't it great for that talent to be recognized by many?

A shining life is truly sublime, filled with the glow of talent, intellect, and success, leading to the pinnacle of life, fully living with passion. Living to shine is the most vibrant, colorful life one can have. Why wouldn't one want to enjoy that?

Living a 'shining' life is wonderful, but in the dark night, all stars compete to shine. If no star dims, it wouldn't be night anymore; the sky would be bright with all their lights. Life is the same; not everyone needs to shine to live truly. Some have dreams but not of reaching the peak, winning big prizes, or becoming famous. For them, a normal but not mundane life suffices.

On Earth, with over seven billion people, no one criticizes a simple life, nor forces anyone to shine. From simple beginnings, a simple life can bring happiness to those with simple dreams. If famous people find joy in contributing their talents, those with simple lives find joy in stable work and loving family.

Choosing a simple life isn't wrong; it brings small joys, warmth, less pressure. It's a good, meaningful way to live.

Whether to shine or not, neither way is inherently better. Everything in life has two sides. A famous life comes with immense pressure to maintain that fame, as society always seeks the next best thing. Achieving great success in one field brings the pressure to not slip or lose edge. As a celebrity, one's every action is scrutinized, attracting attention like moths to a flame, potentially losing privacy.

Famous artists like Đông Nhi, despite fulfilling their passion, sometimes feel lonely and tired from the constant performance demands, showing that shining isn't easy.

Besides genuine talents, some gain fame through scandals, shining in an unflattering light. Others reject a normal life but don't strive for greatness, leading aimless lives or overreaching with unfortunate results. Such lifestyles are criticized and need change for a truer life.

'Is living about shining?' This question brings introspection and lessons. We can choose our life, fitting our circumstances and abilities. Regardless of path, we should have dreams, aspirations, strive for beauty, but not live too dimly. As young people, let's live with ideals, dream big, seize opportunities to shine, live fully, and contribute. Only then does life become meaningful and colorful.

Poet Xuân Diệu once said:

'Better one moment of splendor and then sudden darkness, Than a hundred years of lingering gloom.'

Life is a one-time journey; let's truly live it. Don't be too dim; challenge yourself to shine at least once. Living is about experiencing; that's an ideal, beautiful life."

Our task is not to dwell too much on what's past and miss out on the present. When facing a problem in life (emotional, family, work, friends...), how do you handle it?

I paused and reflected on my own issues, questioning how I've dealt with them. I realized that often, I've only made things more complicated without really solving anything. But life goes on, and after such experiences, I've learned to tackle the problems I encounter. You can't always run to someone else for help.

My approach to problem-solving is the "5S" rule.

Actually, these numbers are symbolic for me. In reality, when a problem arises, I take a short time to think it over. The time I spend thinking varies with the severity of the issue.

The first thing I do is pause to calm down.

After creating a mess time and again, I've learned that the more chaotic and fearful you are, the worse things get. So, I choose to calm myself before addressing the problem.

Once emotions subside, rationality takes over, and I start asking foundational questions to untangle the mess:

Why did this happen?

Is it my fault or someone else's?

If I solve this in way A, what impact will it have on me and those around me?

What happens if I delay solving this?

If I solve the problem with method A, what's the worst that could happen? What's the best?

After asking myself these questions, I naturally find a solution for myself. Of course, it's never 100% correct.

Sometimes, issues are better resolved with emotion, but by the time we calm down, the emotion is gone, and everything's a mess.

Sometimes, even after thoroughly questioning and answering, things don't go as planned, and the problem persists.

The only way to solve it is to return to step one and try different solutions.

After everything settles, or even during the problem-solving process, I find it an interesting experience to enjoy. Despite the stress, sadness, or anger, it's a valuable lesson. Also, I assure you, even with specific general solutions or heaps of advice, thinking, "Wow, this solution of mine is epic," we'll still make mistakes.

Do you know why? Because we can only find solutions within ourselves, but the outcomes depend on others filling in the blanks. Therefore, mistakes are inevitable. Life isn't about always being right. Why dwell on the past and blame ourselves when we can seek better solutions for the present?

For every problem, I believe there's a solution, and everyone has their way of dealing with what bothers them. Ultimately, our inability to solve problems stems from temporary emotions.

Feelings of anxiety, frustration, or anger make our words and actions impulsive. Sometimes, this doesn't harm us (and can even be a good solution), but other times, it leads to severe consequences, making problems worse. Hence, for me, calmness is the most crucial therapy when things turn negative. Rationality needs time to work, and emotions need time to fade. If we can use time for both to work and fade, we'll see many problems more clearly and find reasonable solutions.

Moreover, don't fear mistakes; humans are never always right. Sometimes, small errors lead to better outcomes, like missing one person leads to finding someone better. Everything, I believe, has its arrangement. Our task is not to dwell too much on what's past and miss out on the present. Problems need us to solve them, and right or wrong, these are our choices.

I hope this helps you find a few ways to solve problems. This is my general approach when faced with issues; what about you?

And I, after connecting with many people, realize that all encounters in this life are part of a larger plan that the Universe has set. Today's meeting is the karma from the similar remnants of past sufferings we have both experienced.

Each person who comes to me brings their own story, their own color, but the common point is that everyone is struggling with the emotional wounds unintentionally caused by family members. They are like mirrors reflecting each other, and from this reflection, we gather enough light to understand and heal ourselves.

Now I understand why the wise say 'we are all one', because just by sitting down and connecting deeply with each other, we see a part of our life in another's and vice versa. Each person is a separate entity, but this separateness is formed and developed by each other.

The deeper I delve into their pain, the more I see the power of belief hidden deep in the human subconscious. If we are not aware of the existence of these layers, it's hard to find peace with our present. And when we see them, we should let the peeling happen naturally by accepting that healing is a continuous journey of facing, understanding, and unraveling each layer of limiting and outdated beliefs that no longer serve our goals.

And most importantly, we cannot do this entirely alone. Without the collision with the world around us, there isn't enough shake-up to see the roots of our pains. Without seeing the depths, it's hard to connect with the heart to create freedom and harmony within ourselves.

Healing is not fighting the wave, but dancing with it. Souls do not meet by chance; anyone who appears in your life is someone you need to meet.

Let whatever needs to happen, happen.

This translation captures the essence and poetic nature of your original text, aiming to preserve the emotional and philosophical depth.

If you always avoid difficulties, blame yourself, try a little and then give up, returning to the starting point, most of these people fail because of the initial laziness in small matters.

Ability to Keep Calm When faced with a problem, you need to stay calm; a mature person gives others a sense of security. When in difficulty, first manage your emotions before solving the problem. Don't rush to conclusions; put the issue in a cycle of reflection – analysis – observation. The calmer you are, the better the solution you'll find; the more composed, the more your adversaries will be confused.

Ability to Reject Decisively If someone asks for your help and you hesitate, then decisively refuse. If you keep hesitating, you give them hope, and thinking it over before rejecting makes them disappointed. Learning to refuse decisively is a lesson that mature people need to study carefully.

These statistics help in understanding how people form and maintain intimate relationships based on the attachment style they develop from childhood.

You might have heard of these concepts, and you might also be 'attached' to one of these four styles somewhat vaguely. I will summarize information for each group gradually, and in this post, I choose the anxious attachment group - the one I understand best.

How is anxious attachment formed?

Unstable childhood relationships with caregivers: They may have felt insecure not knowing when their emotional needs would be met by their parents, leading to unstable trust in love.

Lack of understanding and support from adults: If parents or caregivers sometimes failed to meet or inconsistently met emotional needs, the child might develop a fear of abandonment.

Unreliable emotional experiences: Negative experiences in past relationships, such as rejection or hurt, can reinforce anxiety in adult relationships.

Characteristics of people with anxious attachment:

High need for closeness and reassurance: They often seek reassurance of their partner's feelings and can become anxious if they don't receive immediate attention or feedback.

Fear of rejection or abandonment: They constantly worry that their partner does not love them enough or will leave them, even without clear evidence.

Sensitive to negative signals: They easily notice and magnify negative signs in relationships, even if these signs are not serious.

Controlling and monitoring behaviors: To reassure themselves, they might monitor, check, or seek frequent confirmation from their partner.

Tendency to self-blame: When feeling unreciprocated, they often blame themselves, thinking they are not good enough to deserve love.

Consequences of anxious attachment:

Loss of security in relationships: They often feel anxious and stressed, even when the relationship is going well, making it hard to relax or enjoy intimacy.

Pressure and stress for the partner: Due to the need for constant affirmation, they can put pressure on their partner, leading to tension or imbalance in the relationship.

Relationship breakdown: Overwhelming behaviors like control, demands, or hypersensitivity to changes can make their partner feel suffocated, leading to relationship cracks.

Cycle of anxiety and instability: These individuals often fall into a negative cycle where their anxiety prompts behaviors that push their partner away, further increasing their anxiety.

However, this information is for reference only. Even if you are not securely attached, it's okay; you can always manage and reduce those feelings through various tools and advice.

Read with an open mind and delve deeper if you think you have issues developing and maintaining emotional relationships. This will provide a foundation for building healthier and more stable emotional lives.

THINGS YOU MUST DO TO HAVE A BREAKTHROUGH 2024 To start the upcoming new year 2024, let's spend the last two weeks of 2023 to establish important foundations for ourselves. Only then can we take the initiative in work and life. Many people often think that the new year must come after Tet, but no, the new year for work and personal development journey, let's start right from January 1st of the solar calendar. Only then when the sacred New Year's Eve comes, can we start writing the first words of the year in the most complete and peaceful way. Because everything has been ready for us for a long time. Below is a list of things that I am completing in the last two weeks of 2023 to welcome a brilliant 2024. If you don't know where to start, you can also refer to these tasks.

CREATE A VISION BOARD If you are in the 5-year cycle of your previous vision board, you don't need to create a new one, but you need to review what you will prioritize to realize in 2024. If you are like me, you have finished your previous vision board, then start creating a new vision board. This vision board will be your long-term goals, which will take 3-6 years to realize. The more vivid the vision board is, the better because your brain will love this. Imagine a story in which the scenarios you desire appear one by one. Of course, you and your loved ones must be the main characters. To deeply understand this strategy, I suggest you read the book "Entering the Magic Shop". The book tells the story of Dr. James R. Doty, who went from the bottom of society to become a famous neurologist at Stanford University. That journey was realized thanks to the fact that he always imagined himself wearing a white coat. That is what led him step by step to become a famous neurologist, even though his initial starting point was poverty and hardship. He is proof of the saying "what is in the mind will be in the hand".

1.

PLAN FOR 2024 The vision board is a long-term goal, then 2024 will be a short-term goal. You need to gradually realize the important things to you. If your goal in 5 years is to publish 2 books on comprehensive personal development training, then in 2024 you will need to work hard to perfect, improve and develop this skill in both quality and quantity. Make a specific plan for each quarter, how many articles each quarter, after the quarter will be the month. Then when 2024 begins, you will have the important things to do each month, each week in hand. To be successful, we must go with the flow and go with the flow, but before we can do that, we must at least be aware and create an environment for that flow to begin.

1.

WRITE A COMMITMENT This may seem boring, but trust me, this commitment will help you stay on track. You can't hide it from the world, but you must always be honest with yourself. So write a commitment about what you will definitely do, what you will avoid to have a breakthrough in 2024. After summarizing 2023, we certainly have many lessons for ourselves, from not being able to manage our time well to complaining and criticizing ourselves all day. Those things are not worth doing, focus on what you want and try to make it happen. Look honestly at your regrets in 2023, graduate from those lessons so that 2024 can start with a new person, a better version.

LUCKY HANDBOOK FOR THE NEW YEAR If this is the time for you to start discovering yourself, equip yourself with 3 notebooks, 3 pens and a list of books you want to conquer in 2024.

The first notebook - personal library: a place to record the lessons you learn in life, the source of learning can be yourself, the mistakes, the breakthroughs you go through; it can also be the lessons you learn through the process of observing, listening and learning about the people around you; and finally, it can be the lessons you learn from the courses or books you have conquered.

Gratitude notebook: this notebook is for you to practice gratitude, focus on the present moment, on what you have, this notebook will nurture your positive emotions and soul over time.

Work deployment notebook: this is a notebook that records what you need to complete during the day, at the same time the notebook also tells you what you have done, what great achievements you have achieved after many days of trying and trying. If the personal library cultivates wisdom, gratitude cultivates the soul, this notebook will cultivate your inner strength over time. Note that except for the gratitude notebook, you will write down the things you are grateful for, appreciate in words, in the remaining two notebooks, keep it short, even diagram it to make it easy to remember and easy to review. If you still don't know how to diagram, find the lesson I have instructed in the Le Nghia user manual pinned at the top of the page.

REMEMBER THE LAW OF SPIRITUAL IMPRESSIONS If you have read the Diamond Cutter, you will surely remember the following 7 important spiritual imprints. I have applied the Diamond Cutter to my life and work during my years working in telecommunications. 2023, reading the book again, I realized that these 7 spiritual imprints are diamonds. They are the compass that guides me and anyone who wants to be happy and successful in life. Sharing with you these 7 important spiritual imprints and how to apply them.

1️⃣ Success in business and financial prosperity is to maintain generosity. "God gives generously, God takes back" is like that, you don't need to give a lot to be generous, what's important is the generosity and joy of giving that we sow within ourselves. When you do this, you will see everything go extremely smoothly. You help and give to one person, then you will receive help and support from another. It's like a wonderful circle that you create for yourself and those around you. The strategy is to give more than what you have committed to, even if it's just a little, do better than the standards you have set.

2️⃣ To live happily, maintain an ethical lifestyle The word ethics may sound quite general, but for me, ethics means that you do things that only benefit you, those around you, and do not violate the law and customs of the nation. The strategy you can apply is to practice the 13 virtues of Benjamin Franklin, I did relatively well in 2023, and in 2024 I will commit to doing my best and most completely.

3️⃣ To be physically attractive and healthy, never get angry I know this will be difficult for many people, however, anger is an instinct, everyone can do it, but being calm is a skill, this is something we must practice to be able to do. And when we are calm and gentle, we do everything more effectively than when we are angry and lose our will. The strategy you can apply is very simple, smile more than 100 times a day, and your anger will definitely disappear.

4️⃣ Leaders in business and life, encourage constructive and useful activities This sentence means, if you don't say anything, then don't say anything, if you do say anything, say something nice, constructive and helpful to someone. If we point one finger at someone else, the other three fingers point to ourselves. Making up stories, gossiping, and criticizing someone is not a wise way to make our life better. So before you decide to give someone advice, ask yourself "do I love them enough?". If it is enough, what I say will not be hurtful or judgmental, but will be more constructive and useful. A strategy you can apply is that before you decide to say something about someone, think about whether you love them enough and when you say it about them, will it help you or them to be better? If you just say it for fun, then stop before it's too late.

5️⃣ Focus your mind firmly by practicing deep meditation Meditation has been scientifically proven to be an effective solution for all mental activities, Dr. James R. Doty that I mentioned above is also the person who was instructed to meditate for 30 minutes a day with the steps: relax your body, relax your mind, open your heart and then think about the image you will become in the future. Thanks to this process, he studied excellently, far ahead of his peers. It is not luck, it is thanks to the steady concentration of the mind through deep meditation practice.

6️⃣Escape from unwanted events, apply the principle of latent potential and spiritual imprint This part is very good, I have helped many of my students successfully apply this imprint. A typical example is my intensive class student - she graduated from the class earlier than the time I gave. To successfully apply this imprint, you just need to remember that every event is neutral, we are the ones who classify it into negative or positive, bad or good. And that classification comes from our subjective will. So if you want to escape from unwanted events, change your perspective on the event, focus on what you want, and acknowledge its presence. Gradually, what you want will replace what you don't want, and everything will go in the direction you expect.

7️⃣

To achieve all your wishes for yourself and others, keep a compassionate heart for everyone The compassionate heart here is the love that we can bring to ourselves and those around us. There is nothing more powerful than love. This mark was asked by Quyen, a student of K8 REBIRTH, with a very good question: "If we keep a compassionate heart for everyone, will we help everyone who asks us for anything, and if we are overloaded, how can we help?". A very good question, the compassionate heart I am talking about here is the love that we bring to ourselves and those around us. But that does not mean that we have to help everyone who asks us for anything, we will help within our ability.

In case we cannot help by action, we can also help by advising, guiding and encouraging them. The most important thing is our spirit and heart. Above is a list of the core things I will do in 2024, from these core things I will continue to deploy important items in the year. Hopefully this article will help you have a correct compass to create a meaningful 2024 in your own way.

His success came from his virtues of thrift and hard work. Looking back at Benjamin Franklin's life, we can learn a lot of extremely useful knowledge.

𝟏. Understand the value of everything Benjamin Franklin learned his first lesson about personal finance when he was still a child, a lesson that deeply influenced his financial decisions later on. When he was 7 years old, he saw another boy playing the trumpet. Because he loved the sound of the trumpet so much, he took out all the money he had in his pocket to negotiate. Finally, he got his trumpet, he brought it home and played loudly throughout the house. But the joy was short-lived when his brother and sister found out that he had used all the money he had to exchange for the trumpet. And the amount was 4 times the value of the trumpet. When he realized this, he was extremely sad, more than the joy that the trumpet brought. After that, he kept this lesson in mind in every decision in his life. Even in a letter to his friend, he always repeated this lesson. “The impression of that day stayed with me all my life. Every time I planned to buy something unnecessary, I told myself: Don't spend too much on the trumpet. And I saved money. As I grew up and traveled around, I observed others and I met many, many people who spent too much money on the trumpet.

When I saw a man so ambitious that he flattered and flattered others to get what he wanted, sacrificing his time, sleep, freedom, virtue, even his friends, I said to myself: This man has spent too much on the trumpet.

When I saw a man who wanted to gain recognition and constantly rushed into messy politics, forgetting his own rules and then destroying them with his own hands, I thought he had spent too much on the trumpet.

If I knew a stingy man who gave up all the comforts of life, did not do good for others, did not value his fellow countrymen and was not generous to his friends just to accumulate more wealth, I would say: Poor man, you have spent too much on the trumpet.

When I meet a man who pursues pleasure, disregarding his mind and his possessions in order to gain material values and trading his health in the process, I say: Man lost, you are bringing pain to yourself instead of happiness. You have spent too much on the trumpet.

If I see a man obsessed with appearance, with fine clothes, with a big house, with luxurious furniture or servants and valuing them more than his own property, and then getting stuck in debt and ending up in prison, I say: Oh my God, this man has paid a high price for the trumpet.

In short, I have learned that most of the suffering of human beings is self-inflicted because they have misjudged the value of things around them and they have spent too much on the trumpet.”

𝟐. Love of labor and independence Franklin's father initially wanted him to become a pastor, but because the cost of education was quite expensive, he sent him home to learn writing and arithmetic. At that time, his father was in charge of the candle and soap making business. His father also wanted him to be able to do these jobs. However, Franklin did not like that job. His father was afraid that he would leave home to go to sea like another brother in the family did, so he sometimes took him out for a walk to meet carpenters, bricklayers, brass workers... while they were working. His father observed his attitude and tried to guide him to one of those jobs. This ignited his love of labor and independence. He had some odd jobs around the house when the repairman could not come and also made some small machines to serve his own experiments. I believe that this was a solid foundation for his later inventions. He shared in his memoir that becoming self-reliant not only saves money but also leads to happiness. “Human happiness does not come from great fortunes that come once in a while, but from small advantages that occur every day. If you teach a poor boy how to shave and use a razor, you will bring him more happiness than if you gave him a thousand gold coins, which he would quickly spend, leaving him with only the regret of having used them foolishly. In the latter case, he will not only no longer have to wait in line at the barber’s, but he will also not have to endure dirty fingers, bad breath, and dull blades. He can shave himself as he pleases and enjoys it every day with a good razor.”

𝟑. Love reading “I have loved reading since I was born and all the money I have is used to buy more books. The library makes it easier for me to study and I read for 1-2 hours every day. My father wanted me to study properly but circumstances did not allow it and I wanted to make up for that. Reading is the only pleasure I allow myself. I do not waste time in bars or games, I concentrate on work as much as I can.” If you want to have more time and money in the long term, in the short term you need to invest a little money and a lot of time in yourself. Instead of wasting those resources on fleeting pleasures, invest in things that will help you achieve wealth, health, relationships, education and career. Franklin invested in himself by reading endlessly. His savings and free time were used to improve his knowledge. By managing his resources well on the most important things in life, Franklin created a good future for himself. From a boy who only had a few years of formal education, he became a world-famous writer, diplomat, and scientist. I was very much inspired about reading when reading his autobiography. If any parents want to love reading more or want to inspire their children to love reading, this is the book that parents can encourage their children to read.

4. Make friends with people who share the same view on life In his memoir, wherever he went, he always made friends with people who loved reading and had the same view on life as him. I admire him very much in this point, because he was a person who loved reading so much that he became a very knowledgeable person and many people sought him out to be friends. Even the dignitaries and the rich in society at that time. Because of his love of reading, he gathered many friends who loved reading and learning. The establishment of a library also came from his love of reading with his friends. You see, later the library model became his business. Until now, we have also benefited a lot from the libraries in the places where we live. 5. THE ULTIMATE ART OF THE PAST Although he was extremely ambitious, he never abandoned his self-respect to achieve his goals. He always put his personal principles above material interests to avoid becoming a slave to a frivolous and luxurious lifestyle. This was clearly shown when a man wanted to pay to appear in Franklin's newspaper, the Pennsylvania Gazette: "I have looked at your work carefully and find it very vulgar and vulgar. To consider whether to publish it or not, I went home and had a dinner of water and a two-cent loaf of bread from the bakery. Then I wrapped myself in my coat and slept on the floor until morning and had breakfast, also a loaf of bread and a glass of water. I had no problem with eating like this. I realized that I could live like this, so there was no reason for me to sell my newspaper or abuse it for material comfort.” He was also a vegetarian, eating plant-based foods helped him have a clear, lucid mind. I remember there was a detail about eating fish, he had to think a lot before eating. Especially when he saw that there were many small fish in the belly of a big fish, he said that fish also eat each other, so eating fish meat should be fine. However, I noticed that he still leaned more towards eating foods of plant origin throughout his life.

6 Diligence and hard work are the keys to achieving all goals

“I have always applied myself to whatever I did, without thinking of anything else, or of ways to make a quick buck. Diligence and patience are the surest ways to success.” Franklin did not become a billionaire overnight. After leaving home, he spent a decade as an apprentice to printers in Stateside and London, then opened his own shop and made a profit. During this time, he lived a more austere and industrious life than any of his competitors. So he helped others realize their ambitions just as he realized the importance of patience and persistent effort in life. He did not abandon his goodness to take shortcuts that were encouraged in his time. When reading his autobiography, you will see that he worked extremely hard and never rested at any time. Reading was the only pleasure he allowed himself to do. The rest of the time, he always invested in work to create great achievements.

1.

7 Constantly improve yourself from virtue to appearance I have shared with you about the 13 virtues that he constantly practiced to improve himself, right? I was very inspired by him, so I also made a notebook to practice these 13 virtues. I believe that this is the best way to improve yourself and live an ideal life. He practiced one virtue every week, completing 13 virtues in 13 weeks, 4 times a year. When you practice intentionally like this, you will see yourself improve over the years. After a year, you may only need to practice 1-2 more times, gradually those 13 virtues have become a part of you, then you don't need to do it anymore. I will share with you the results I achieved after practicing these 13 virtues next year.

8 Money is just a means, not a goal “His sympathy for the weakness of mankind - the endless pursuit of material things - is described in a way that I enjoy. They are very interesting, or at least very similar to my own thoughts. People say that the residents of London want to earn enough money to have a worthy death. I think that thinking is silly, like calling a man who spends money on 1000 unnecessary things and then loses it all and is imprisoned by creditors "deservingly poor". I think that what we have compared to what we can use may not really be ours even though we own them. When a rich man dies, he leaves no more than a debtor to pay.” For Franklin, the pursuit of wealth was a means to an end. His aim was to “read, study, experiment, converse with men of talent and worth, with whom it was a pleasure to him to know, and to produce something useful to mankind, unfettered by the cares of trade.” Franklin’s early retirement actually brought many benefits to mankind, including the birth of many inventions (he did not take out patents—helping others was enough for him) and the formation of a nation. For Benjamin Franklin, the accumulation of money and the cultivation of good character were not about living a life of luxury (although he enjoyed that lifestyle) or about being stylish, but about becoming a man of dignity, knowledge, and time to be a good citizen, helping others and their country. Franklin also believed that this was the best way to serve God.

This is also something that I really like and always take it as a guideline in life. I really like the saying that he shared with his mother that when he died, he hoped people would say that he "lived a useful life" rather than "died rich". Because what he left behind for this life was not the money he earned but the valuable achievements he left for humanity, including great inventions and himself.

I hope these lessons are useful to you, this is a post I have compiled a bit when reading an article in English, you can find the original version.

I have optimized those notes as follows: Napoleon Hill's golden rule in building habits can be summarized as follows:

Form a clear mindset before taking action When starting to form a new habit, it is important to understand yourself clearly, including your personality, thoughts, and actions. This helps shape the next steps and avoid confusion.

Focus intensely on the new habit . When you are forming a new habit, make an effort to eliminate thoughts or actions related to the old habit. This helps your mind focus only on practicing and maintaining the new habit.

Practice consistently over a long period of time Practice new habits whenever you have the chance. New habits need to be practiced consistently to become a natural part of your daily life.

Learn to resist old habits Each time you successfully resist falling back into an old habit, you become stronger and more determined. This makes it easier for you to face the challenge the next time.

These principles emphasize the importance of understanding your personal goals, maintaining focus and perseverance, and developing self-control to achieve long-term success.

When I reread these notes, I noticed that a book written in 1937 has similarities with a bestseller in recent years, Atomic Habits.

Both books share details about how habit building is the core of personal development and career success. Atomic habits not only has similar content to Think grow rich but also has many methods that have been scientifically proven to be effective. An interesting thing is that for a long time, many readers thought that Think grow rich was just self-help and not practical. Napoleon Hill emphasized the power of habits in shaping success. His advice was not only drawn from the 500 most successful people of his time, but also continues to resonate today when emphasizing that all great achievements come from building and maintaining discipline. Especially in the era of digitalization and increasingly developing artificial intelligence, improving personal skills and maintaining focus is the key to not only keeping up but also leading in all fields. And this is what I have practiced and learned after the process of building habits based on the golden principle that Napoleon Hill shared. Hill points out that the first step in forming a new habit is to be clear about your personality, thoughts, and actions. When you start your day, remember that every action you take should be aimed at creating a foundation for a positive habit that will support your career and life. I always spend a lot of time reading and exercising. This is not only a way to relax but also part of my personal development strategy, helping me to constantly strive and improve every day. Next is to focus on your goal. While you are building a new habit, try to immediately eliminate thoughts that remind you of your old habits. This requires you to be highly focused and always remind yourself of the end goal. For example, when I work at a coffee shop, I not only observe but also learn from the people around me to motivate myself to move forward. The third step is to understand the importance of continuously practicing and implementing new habits whenever possible. In a world where competition is constantly increasing, individuals who take advantage of every opportunity to learn and apply new knowledge will always have an advantage over others. Persistence not only helps us overcome difficult times but is also a decisive factor in maintaining motivation and pushing our careers further. Finally, you must recognize temptation and the need to persevere against the urge to return to old habits. Each time you overcome temptation, you become stronger and more determined. In the age of artificial intelligence and machines, we not only need to overcome common challenges but also face and adapt to remarkable changes in technology and thinking. Discipline, perseverance and the ability to focus are not only qualities that successful people in the past had. These are essential elements for anyone who wants to lead in the modern world, where rapid technological developments require constant learning and adaptation. If you want to be rich and successful, first make yourself worthy of it. No success comes by accident, but is the result of careful planning, discipline and constant effort. Remember, every day you choose to spend your time building and practicing habits

THE KEY TO SUCCESS A seemingly good book but surprisingly good by Jim Rohn. The book is very thin, less than 200 pages, but it gives us a comprehensive, systematic view of the keys to success in both career and life. Let's review the most valuable lessons from this book.

Organize your life I am someone who loves to learn, research and contemplate. Especially in the aspect of personal development training. I always wonder "what are the core foundations that help each individual become an excellent version of themselves over time". Finally, I got the answer from the master of masters - Mr. Jim Rohn. He shared that there are five important foundations to help each individual create a breakthrough in their life. They include:

Philosophy: this is the way we use our minds to process ideas and information that occur in our lives. These philosophies will guide us to have the right attitudes and actions.

Attitude: have a good attitude towards the past and an optimistic attitude towards the future. At the same time, make an effort to improve your self-esteem. Self-esteem is doing valuable, important and useful things for yourself without anyone having to supervise or manage. The higher the self-esteem, the greater the success.

Activity: only labor creates results. If you have good ideas, good plans but do not act, there will be nothing. So do what you can and do your best.

Results: always learn from others and measure your progress every week.

Lifestyle: it is a combination of the above four factors.

Self-development. Self-development comes first, good things will follow. Therefore, self-development and self-training are extremely important and necessary. The core of self-development is to become the person we aspire to be. It is not important what we achieve but what we become. The market always measures us by value, so if we want to have more income and more influence, we need to become more valuable. Don't wait until we are paid more to try to become better, but do the opposite. Become better to get paid more. Learn how to upgrade yourself, by deeply understanding the law of the four seasons. I have shared this part before. Today we will just briefly review it. Opportunities will always come with difficulties, so don't be afraid of difficulties. Take advantage of difficulties to create opportunities to help yourself learn, develop and mature. Learn to adapt to the difficult and challenging winter. Learn to take advantage of spring to seize good opportunities. Learn to nurture values and fight laziness, indiscipline and summer. Finally learn to harvest without complaining in the fall.

There are three important factors in personal development including:

Physical: exercise and treat yourself as a sanctuary, care about your appearance, because that is how others perceive you in the first moments.

Spiritual: believe it or not, but you should nurture a strong spiritual life within you. That is what helps us overcome many difficulties and challenges with great strength.

Mental: nourish your mind with healthy spiritual food. Read valuable books, there is nothing more precious and worth reading than books.

Develop qualities The inner world will determine the outer world. So when we have the qualities of successful people, we will achieve success. To have good qualities, let's train ourselves in the following aspects. ! Understand success: if we want to succeed, the first thing we must do is understand it. There are four important things that help this journey, which are . Learn new ideas. This is something we need to do regularly and continuously. I have a notebook to record the ideas I learn or observe. Then I will apply it to my life and check to see what I have done, how far this idea has helped me go. . Have a good plan. A good idea will never become a reality if we do not have a plan to realize it. . Patiently wait for the results. Nothing is achieved overnight, in a week or a month. Be patient and keep working hard to achieve what you desire. . Learn to solve problems. In life, there will always be problems that come to challenge us. The more problems we solve, the more mature and strong we become over time. Here are four questions that we can use to solve any problem in life. ? What can I do (think to find a solution) ? What can I read (a good book that helps us get the best solutions. Sometimes it only takes 2 hours to learn the most valuable experiences that the author has devoted his whole life to writing). ? Who can I ask (if you have tried everything, read a lot of documents but still cannot find the right direction, think about who you can ask. However, asking someone should happen after you have researched and tried everything to solve the problem but have not succeeded. Then the person you ask will be very willing to help you, because they know you are serious and have devoted yourself to the problem you are asking). ? Can you teach me (not just ask for advice but also learn from the person who has guided and helped you). ! Market behavior: the market will measure us by value, and the market itself will also shape our personality and character. So pay attention to your behavior wherever you are. Pay attention to your language, always speak properly. Maintain good habits and wear clothes appropriate to each context. ! Five abilities: There are five important abilities that we need to cultivate and hone, including: receptive ability, emotional ability, self-criticism ability, action ability and sharing ability. Of which, there are two abilities that I am most fond of, which are self-criticism ability and sharing ability. . Self-criticism ability is when we review what we have done. By: At the end of the day, take some time to review what we have accomplished during the day. What have we done, what do we need to learn from and improve tomorrow. At the end of the week, take a few hours to review the tasks we have done during the week. Learn from your experiences to improve and change for the coming week. At the end of the month, take half a day to reflect and review the goals you set before. See how far you have achieved, and how much effort you need to put in in the remaining months. What important lessons do we need to graduate from if we don't want to pay a heavy price in the future? At the end of the year, take a week to reflect on the 365 days we have experienced. What are the things we have done, what are the things that make us regret or feel ashamed. Write down the lessons to graduate as soon as possible. This is also a great time for us to learn from the old year to start new plans and steps in the coming year. . The ability to share, that is how we give value to the people around us. We will not know that the lessons, experiences, books we read will have a strong impact and influence on the people around us. If we do not share, do not give, we will never be able to perceive and understand it. So even if you are just starting out on the path of self-development and training, don’t be afraid to share your value with those who need it.

4Develop the art of communication. There have been many books about this art, because this is one of the indispensable factors if we want to achieve outstanding success in our lives as well as our careers. Here, Jim Rohn also shares with us five important factors to be able to develop our communication skills. Including: having something good to say, communicating well, understanding the listener, knowing how to express emotions, and empathizing with the listener. Of the five factors above, I think every factor is important. However, the two factors that impress me the most are having something good to say and knowing how to communicate well. If we are not prepared, do not have things that are truly impressive, attractive and deeply touching the listener, it will be difficult for people to pay attention. Therefore, constantly accumulate interesting stories, valuable things that you learn from books, from people you know or from things you observe in life. Turn it into impressive stories, divide it into topics, themes, so that when the opportunity comes, you can confidently shine, making people attracted to the story you are telling. The second is communication skills. You have to practice continuously so that when you tell a story, or present, even a child can understand. To do that, you have to practice and hone it regularly. And to communicate well, you need to have a wide and deep vocabulary. This vocabulary does not come naturally, you have to constantly update, learn and cultivate it through reading a lot. In addition, you should also find role models that you love, to learn from their styles. Gradually over time, you will also refine and find the style that best suits you.

Time management Time management is essentially mind management and self management. The key here is that you need to have a correct philosophy of life. Know how to focus on your priorities and important things for yourself. Avoid wasting time and wasting it.

Financial freedom I agree with the author, to be financially free, it doesn't matter how much income you have, but you need to have the right philosophy from the beginning. The right philosophy here is that if you want to increase your income, you have to increase your self-worth accordingly. Then find strategies to make that value effective in the long run. Many people will spend and then save. But the right philosophy will always start by paying yourself first by saving and then spending. 10% savings, 10% investment may not make you rich quickly, but it will give you a fortune if you strictly follow this philosophy over time. An extremely valuable and meaningful book for anyone on the journey of training and developing themselves. Remember, what we do not use, it will be lost. The same is true for our talents, intelligence and energy. If we do not use them properly, they will also atrophy and will no longer be present within us.
