In the blink of an eye, the internet has become infrastructure. With the rapid development of internet technology, we are standing at the crossroads of Web2 and Web3 eras. Web2, the second generation of the internet, is characterized by user-generated content and social networking, making information sharing and online interaction more convenient than ever before. However, the centralized nature of Web2 has also brought about issues such as privacy leaks and loss of data control. In short, I personally do not favor Web2.

Web3 represents the next form of the internet, achieving decentralization, security, and user sovereignty through blockchain technology. In Web3, users can not only control their own data but also directly participate in the creation and distribution of network value through cryptocurrencies and token economies. This means that compared to Web2, Web3 pays more attention to user privacy and security, reducing dependence on centralized platforms.

Web3's decentralized finance (DeFi) provides financial services without the need for traditional banks, and NFTs (non-fungible tokens) provide assurance for the ownership and authenticity of digital assets. These innovations are reshaping our understanding of ownership, identity, and transactions.

Web3 is not just a technological upgrade; it is a revolution concerning power, control, and participation. With the development of blockchain and related technologies, we can look forward to entering a more open, transparent, and user-friendly digital era. I am looking forward to this day coming soon, are you?
