Suspected of violating the rules of xinphi and filed a case

On May 11, Zeda Yisheng received the notice of filing a case issued by the CSRC. The company was filed for investigation by the CSRC for suspected illegal information disclosure. Zeda Yisheng said that during the investigation period, the company will actively cooperate with the work of the CSRC and perform the obligation of information disclosure in strict accordance with the regulations.

It is worth noting that Zeda Yisheng is the fourth company to be investigated this week. Prior to this, ST Huaxun (rights protection), SDIC Zhonglu (rights protection) and hezhongsizhuang (rights protection) successively disclosed the information that they had been filed for investigation by the CSRC, and the reasons for being filed were all suspected of illegal information disclosure.

In fact, Zeda Yisheng’s sudden filing of a case is not sudden. On March 18 this year, Zeda Yisheng announced that Lin Ying, the company’s actual controller, chairman and general manager, and Ying LAN, the company’s director, deputy general manager, chief financial officer and Secretary of the board of directors, are assisting relevant authorities in the investigation.

According to the decision, in December 2020, Zeda Yisheng and its subsidiaries signed two asset management contracts with the manager Xinyuan assets and the custodian bank of Shanghai. According to the inquiry letter, the annual audit accountant issued a qualified opinion with emphasized items on the company’s 2021 annual financial report, mainly because the company was unable to implement the necessary audit procedures for a number of transactions to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence, so it was unable to confirm the existence of relevant assets and the commercial essence of relevant transactions.
