It gives an account of a young learner and her experiences during the global pandemic crisis. The book provides the journey of her life and sheds light on moments spent at home with family. Alaya highlights her frustrations and the alternative lifestyle from in-class schooling. The reader experiences and connects to her daily practices as an online learner. She expresses exhilaration and times of challenges. The books help children connect with other children in relating to the traumatic times of a worldwide pandemic.
