How can parents be helped to resolve the problem by working with their parents when they leave their home home? Starting in the autumn of 2022, the town of the Insignia Province began with a solid campaign to advance the hearts and mindsets of the young people, offering a full range of time-care services for kindergartens and resolving the problems of parents with care.

At 5 and a half p.m., the first primary school teacher in the first city of the border, Yang, has recently completed a post-school service and, 10 minutes later, has reached the first city experiment kindergarten in the first city of the border, where he has received on time the remaining admiration of the son who took part in the extended hours of work.

“I and my loved ones are all teachers, all of whom are sometimes indirect children.” Ms. Yang said that when she was on leave in 2022, she had an anxiety that her son had not been able to take him on time after attending a kindergarten. On the eve of the start of the school, the Department of Education of the City of Sun introduced the Circular on Work-Related Services for Primary and Secondary Schools in the City, which makes it clear that the kindergarten extension service will be fully advanced from the beginning of the autumn. This news has given Yang’s humour.

The autumn school year began in 2022, with the first municipality fully promoting the extended kindergarten service throughout the city. The length of extended service is between one week and five p.m. and the end of the kindergarten in urban areas is, in principle, commensurate with the normal working hours on the ground; rural kindergartens are generally not less than one hour in conjunction with actual determination of the closing time. Young children and parents choose to participate on a voluntary basis. “We call upon kindergartens to extend their services in accordance with educational norms and early childhood development, to provide services that are appropriate for the physical and mental development of young children, such as early childhood games, home-based reading, etc., and to undertake tailor-made service activities, but kindergartens are not allowed to use their extended services to “primaryize” teaching and not to engage in profit-making activities.” Liuya, member of the Group of the First Municipal Education Bureau.

In the first city of New China kindergarten, teachers have a wide range of activities, such as manual, drawing, reading, basketball, etc., in line with the age characteristics of young children, in the length of time they serve, so that young children can be released from the age of the child and enjoy the child’s happiness. “The child becomes more secure, more happy and more aware of the behaviour of the child when it comes to service.” Lee, a New Chinese kindergarten teacher, spoke.

Kindergarten services address the difficulties of parents in urban areas who are unable to take up their children in a timely manner, as well as the problems of children left behind in rural areas. The first municipal kindergarten is a rural kindergarten, with 249 children in parks and more than half of young children receiving extended services. “I do not know how to educate the child, one with three children, who sees television and players at home. After the kindergarten provides extended hours of service, the child is cared for by a teacher in the park, the security problem is not feared and the ability to exercise his or her skills.” (b) The dairy language of Liu, a young child in the kindergarten of the Centre.

“After the introduction of extended services, young children are very happy and parents are no longer able to take care of them on time, but the burden on teachers has increased. To this end, we have started to work flexibly from now on ” In November 2022, at the meeting of all teachers, the entire conference room received a warm loud loud loud loud greeting when the first city of the border had experimented with the garrison of the sea garrison.

Prior to the extension of the service, teachers will be able to leave the park more than 4 p.m., after which teachers will not be available at 6 p.m. The delayed service has increased the workload of teachers, and teachers have just begun to adapt, generally reflecting a higher profile. Kindergartens have developed flexible working conditions based on full consultation. For example, one teacher is allowed to spend up to 40 minutes a day early in each class, and only one teacher is required to report to the kindergarten after internal coordination of the classes.

“We have 952 young children in our kindergartens, 483 of whom have chosen to take part in extended hours of service, and the workload of teachers on extended hours of service has been reduced compared to normal conditions, with one teacher working in advance.” The Caspian presentation, flexible start-ups to address the excessive length of time spent on early childhood teachers, was well received by teachers and provided institutional safeguards for the in-depth advancement of extended service.

“The extended service upholds the principles of public good, generalization, voluntarism, the establishment of a programme of extended service and a flexible system for teachers to work in accordance with the realities of the situation, and the in-depth promotion of this civic undertaking. At present, 130 kindergartens are provided with extended time services and 14975 young children benefit from full urban and rural coverage.” Liu Yaya stated that the municipality grants kindergarten subsidies to young children attending extended service at a rate of 300 per year for each child, mainly for teachers attending extended service, in order to motivate teachers.

Editor’s note: women are as numerous as flowers, illuminating the way forward. On the stage of the new era, tens of thousands of “she” write a determined chapter of life at home and work, and gradually become an important force to promote social development and progress. In this spring full of hope and strength, we have ushered in a festival that belongs to women alone - March 8th International Women’s day. Hunan Women’s Federation and red net launched a special report on “Hunan women have their own” to walk into these women who display their talents and passion in all walks of life and feel their responsibility and responsibility to actively embrace the new era.

Living in a silent world, Zhou Jialin has “woven” her happy life with her own hands.

Red net time reporter Wang Shiying and Li SaiFeng reported from Changsha

Zhou Jialin has a pair of white and slender hands, which can weave a delicate and detailed “grasshopper” with brown leaves in two minutes. These hands are also covered with thick cocoons, which is a precious “memory” left in the process of 34 years of continuous weaving and training.

When she was 8 months old, she was deaf due to illness. Zhou Jialin has always lived in a silent world. At the age of 12, she came into contact with brown leaf weaving. From then on, she “woven” her happy life with her own hands.

As the municipal representative inheritor of the Hunan provincial intangible cultural heritage project “Changsha palm leaf weaving”, Zhou Jialin not only inherited and innovated her skills, making the palm leaf weaving bloom again. The palm weaving skills will be taught to other disabled people to help more people find a way to make a living.

Brown woven works by Zhou Jialin.

Inherit the millennium old craft and rejuvenate it

At the age of 12, Zhou Jialin became a teacher of palm weaving artist Wu Fuqiu and began to learn palm weaving skills. Palm weaving, one of the “three wonders” in Changsha, is a handicraft made of palm leaves. Hunan palm weaving toys and Sichuan Xinfan palm weaving daily necessities are the most famous. Its skills and techniques have been inherited for thousands of years.

Hearing the voice did not become an obstacle for Zhou Jialin to learn Brown weaving, but made her more sink down to study. In order to keep up with the pace of the times, Zhou Jialin changed the old weaving method and created ring knot weaving method and fish scale covering feather weaving method. Moreover, with the help of his stepfather Song Guoqing, Zhou Jialin began to combine painting with palm weaving and enrich each palm weaving work through props, scenes and other elements.

In order to make his works more vivid and vivid, Zhou Jialin, in addition to more than ten hours of training every day, will also deliberately observe the living habits of animals in life, and apply what he has observed to brown woven works, so that brown leaves can more carefully express the look of the works and imitate insects, fish, birds and animals vividly. So in her works, there are chickens with crooked heads, mice squatting in the corner, and tigers waiting for the opportunity. These lifelike images are loved by the citizens and are always sold out as soon as they are on the shelves.

Zhou Jialin’s Brown work “mouse marriage”.

In April 2013, at the “11th Chinese folk literature and art mountain flower award · folk arts and crafts works Award” in Kaifeng, Henan Province, Zhou Jialin won the Gold Award for a group of brown woven works called “mouse marriage”, which is also the work with the largest carrier chassis and the largest number of weaving individuals in China.

Zhou Jialin creatively used a diamond paste to make the image of the peacock more gorgeous and eye-catching.

In Zhou Jialin’s home, there are two lifelike “peacocks”. The peacock’s body is woven from brown leaves. However, at the covering of feathers, Zhou Jialin creatively uses water drill paste to make the image of the peacock more gorgeous and eye-catching. In order to make the peacock’s feathers more upright, Zhou Jialin placed an iron wire between the two brown leaves and compacted it for one to two months. This work also went abroad and was exhibited abroad, which further promoted Chinese traditional culture.

Zhou Jialin and her husband innovated the home employment cooperation mode and helped more disabled people find a way out with palm weaving as the link.

Lead more disabled women in employment with technical assistance

Combining individual Brown woven pieces, these cultural and creative works with themes and stories have won more than 20 awards at all levels in China, provinces and cities, and have been exhibited and exchanged abroad for many times. Zhou Jialin also expressed his hope in sign language that he could make more people like brown weaving by creating high-quality Brown weaving products. Only in this way can it be better inherited.

Zhou Jialin also hoped that people who had the same experience as her could find a way to make a living. She taught workers and students hand in hand and guided the disabled to make brown woven crafts. “At first, only two or three friends around imagined her learning Brown weaving. Later, more and more people joined in.” Song Guoqing said.

In July 2012, Zhou Jialin founded the “Brown Art Hall Jialin weaving workshop in Tianxin District, Changsha” to actively publicize and popularize Brown woven intangible cultural heritage culture in major primary and secondary schools. It also teaches skills to poor villagers, helps the poor with skills, and teaches palm weaving skills to poor women to get rich together.

In 2014, with the support of Changsha disabled persons’ Federation, Zhou Jialin and three other disabled persons formed a brown weaving entrepreneurship team. They innovated the home employment cooperation mode and took palm weaving as the link to help more disabled people find a way out.

Last year, Zhou Jialin won the honorary title of national March 8th red flag bearer in 2021. Zhou Jialin was excited and surprised by this honor. She excitedly told reporters in sign language, “this honor is an encouragement to me, but I also know that I still have a gap from the requirements of this honor. As always, I will teach the disabled people Brown weaving skills free of charge, help them find jobs and start businesses, and enable more disabled women to find jobs and live at home.”
