            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since this year, most cosmetics groups have not waited for Chinese consumers to return as expected.</p><p>The cosmetics market has not yet truly waited for the return of Chinese consumers.</p><p>The third fiscal year of fiscal year 2023, published by the International Merconomy Trieste (NYSE:EL), showed that during the three-month period ending 31 March, the net sales of the group had declined from 12 to $3.75 billion; net profits had dropped from $558 million in the same period of the previous year by 72 to $156 million.</p><p>The decline in performance was attributed mainly to high stocks due to the slow recovery of retail tourism in Asia, such as China and Korea, and to reduced back-up orders in the conduit while clearing stocks. According to management, global retail organic sales for tourism declined by 45 per cent this quarter.</p><p>This is the fourth financial year of the decline in the performance of Y poetry. During the first three fiscal years of 2023, the net sales of Y poetryland D declined by 13 per cent to $12,301 million, while the net profit ratio declined by 55 to $1,039 million. The problem of retail tourism is the most affected.</p><p>This situation will not be reversed soon.
