私たちは、制作のもとに世界中の人が集いワクワクするコミュニティをつくります。 あらゆる作品・情報・人間関係をWeb3でアナログ化させ、人々が未知へと乗り出し、結びつくことを後押しします。 私たちは、コミュニティを通じて世界中の表現と遭遇を支え、世界を変えます。

アナログ化とは、希少性を高め高利少売をすることであり、 量ではなく質を、効率ではなく無駄を ゆっくり、じっくりと愛することである。

ソーシャルメディアのような、デジタル世界のビジネスモデルはインターネットを変えてしまった。ユーザーの注意獲得のために、信用性の低い情報、フェイクニュースや陰謀論、炎上が奨励され、エコーチェンバーやありふれたコンテンツで氾濫している。情報を偏食し、自分と誰かを比べる。相互監視と相互承認。加速する孤独と不安、落ち込む瞬間。

そんな速すぎる情報の世界で、受け身になって溶けていく時間。再生回数やいいねの数など、量重視のコンテンツとその制作者だけがわずかに生き残り、ユーザー体験も貧しくなる負のスパイラル。

そうして生まれる莫大な利益。肝心のつくり手には還元されない。

しかし、我々はインターネットを手放すことはない。そんなつもりもない。 そして何より、そんなことは面白くないだろう。 自分の好きなように表現や、アイデンティティを追求する。 自分の好きなものが価値となり、自分の思う対価を支払う。 そんな失われた自分たちの居場所が、今のデジタル世界には必要だ。

そこで、私たちはコミュニティをつくる。 自分たちの手で世界をデザインし、管理・運営する。 そのためのWeb3であり、財産権とコントロールの分散によって参加者1人ひとりがネットワーク（コミュニティ）の一部を所有する。

Analog Remastersは、クリエイターが己の好きなものを共有し、各々の作品を見せ合い、思想を共有し、語り合い、そうしてまた好き勝手にものを作る場となる。 そこではあらゆる形の表現が奨励され、誰に言われるでもなく何かに突き動かされ、クリエーションを始めた、あるいは始めようとしている、始めたいと思っている人が集う。 もし今、自分に何か表現したいことがない、わからない人にとっても、 Analog Remastersにて出会うものすべてが、ワクワクと刺激をもたらすことになる。

そこでまず初めに、AnalogをモチーフにしたAnalog Remasters NFTを制作、Discord上にコミュニティを設立する。そうして集まった人々と共に、コミュニティを拡大させていく。

クリエイターを集い、クリエイターがベンチャー企業のように未来への投資を集うことができるよう、ブロックチェーンを用い、個人事業主として株式を発行する仕組みを学ぶ。

その後はジェネティブの制作、コンテストの開催やメディアの設立、イベントの開催など…妄想はつきないが、集まった仲間と一緒に未来を描いていく。

コミュニティへの参加はもちろんのこと、発信活動のフォロー、NFTの購入を通じて、Analog Remastersの一員になってくれることを心待ちに、締めとしたいと思います。

Business models in the digital world we’re living in, such as in social media have changed the internet. It is flooded with echo chambers and ordinary content, encouraging unreliable information, fake news, conspiracy theories and flaming to gain user attention. Eclipsing information and comparing yourself to someone else. Mutual surveillance and mutual approval. Accelerated loneliness, anxiety and depression.

Time melts away passively in such a fast-paced world of information. For the number of views and likes, a negative spiral in which only quantity-oriented content and their creators survive and the user experience is impoverished.

By doing so, enormous profits are produced while it’s not given back to the creators.

But we will not give up the internet. Nor do we intend to.

And above all, that would not be interesting.

We will pursue self-expression and identity as we like.

What we love has value. We pay what we think we should pay for it.

We need such a lost place for ourselves in today's digital world.

Solution

(Short-term) AR Base, a community of creation

So we create a community.

We design, manage and run our world.

This is what Web3 is for, by decentralising property rights and control.

Each participant owns a part of the network (community).

AR Base will be a place where creators can share what they love, show each other their work, share their ideas, talk to each other and create whatever they want.

All forms of expression are encouraged there, and people who have started, are starting or want to start their creations gather together, motivated by something without being told to do so by anyone.

Even if you don't know what you want to express now, everything you encounter at AR Base will excite and inspire you.

The first step is to create Analog Remasters NFTs with analog motifs and set up a community on Discord. The community will be expanded with the people gathered and funds raised.

Gather creators and learn how to use the blockchain to issue shares as a sole trader, so that creators can gather investment in the future like a venture company.

After that, we might create generative, organise competitions, establish media, and organise events...the imagination is endless, but together with the gathered friends, we will envision the future.
