Venom is a multi-blockchain network being a basis for scalable Web3 applications in the DeFi and Global Payments markets. Blockchain provides the best transactional scalability solution and economic scalability.

Venom architecture is designed as a heterogeneous multi-blockchain platform with dynamic sharding. Venom masterchain is layer-0 blockchain, which is responsible for coordinating all the protocol entities such as workchains and shardchains. The masterchain state stores the network configuration, information about a set of validators, their stakes, and election rounds. Venom supports up to 2^32 workchains.

Venom provides a virtual machine that executes smart contract code on the Venom blockchain. It is the Turing complete virtual machine. Smart contracts in Venom give new, more flexible, and controlled flow over the execution of application logic. In Venom there are election mechanics for validator slashing, using a group of different task validators from the global validators set producing blocks for Shardchain, and guaranteeing decent decentralization.

Venom is designed as a distributed computing system with a scalability opportunity through infinity sharding. This means that Venom can share tasks between groups of validator nodes called "a validator task group" depending on the load, and one part of the tasks doesn't need to wait for other tasks to be completed.

Venom by design has an asynchronous model of communication between smart contracts. This is because of the need to maintain calls between contracts located in different shards, processed by different validator task groups. In this way each smart contract has the only way to affect the state of some other account by sending a message, the result of its execution of it will be a transaction. The order of execution of the outbound messages queue is guaranteed.

Venom Foundation main priority to develop and support a self-sufficient blockchain ecosystem has attracted developers to build various projects: VenomWallet (non-custodial wallet with a multisig option and ledger support), VenomScan (to access transactions history), VenomGet (an easy gateway to Venom tokens), VenomBridge (allowing the interchain transactions), VenomPools (to stake on validator nodes), Web3.World (native decentralized exchange).

Individual developers, companies, and government authorities will be able to use blockchain solution provided by Venom Foundation to establish new products such as NFT marketplace, derivative exchange, GameFi fiat-backed stablecoin, launchpad, and many others to come with the potential of wide adoption in the UAE, other MENA countries and globally in future.

Venom multi-blockchain is designed especially to improve scalability, which allows for increased transaction speeds and reduction of fees. Another fact to be highlighted, Venom makes it easier to build and run dApps while ensuring privacy and efficient interoperability with other blockchains.

$VENOM is the native utility PoS token of Venom network that is applied for payments, fees.

Sui is the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain designed from the ground up to enable creators and developers to build experiences that cater to the next billion users in web3. Sui is horizontally scalable to support a wide range of application development with the unrivaled speed at a low cost.

What is Sui ?

Sui is a smart contract platform maintained by a permissionless set of validators that play a role similar to validators or miners in other blockchain systems.

Sui offers scalability and unprecedented low latency for simple use cases. Sui makes most transactions processable in parallel. This better utilizes processing resources and offers the option to increase throughput by adding more resources. Sui forgoes consensus to instead use simpler and lower-latency primitives for simple use cases, such as payment transactions and asset transfers. This is unprecedented in the blockchain world and enables a number of new latency-sensitive distributed applications ranging from gaming to retail payment at physical points of sale.

Sui is written in Rust and supports smart contracts written in the Move programming language to define assets that may have an owner. Move programs define operations on these assets, including customs rules for their creation, the transfer of these assets to new owners, and operations that mutate assets.

Sui tokens and validators :

Sui has a native token called SUI, with a fixed supply. The SUI token is used to pay for gas and is also used as a delegated stake on validators within an epoch. The voting power of validators within this epoch is a function of this delegated stake. Validators are periodically reconfigured according to the stake delegated to them. In any epoch, the set of validators is Byzantine fault tolerant. At the end of the epoch, fees collected through all transactions processed are distributed to validators according to their contribution to the operation of the system. Validators can in turn share some of the fees as rewards to users that delegated stakes to them.

Some important features of Sui :

A transaction in Sui is a change to the blockchain. This may be a simple transaction affecting only single-owner, single-address objects, such as minting an NFT or transferring an NFT or a different token. These simple transactions may bypass the consensus protocol in Sui.

Sui scales horizontally with no upper bound to meet application demand while maintaining extremely low operating costs per transaction. Its system design breakthrough eliminates a critical bottleneck in existing blockchains: the need to achieve global consensus on a total-ordered list of transactions. This computation is wasteful given many transactions are not contending for the same resource against other transactions.

Sui takes a significant leap in scalability by enabling parallel agreement on causally independent transactions. Sui validators commit such transactions using Byzantine Consistent Broadcast, eliminating the overhead of global consensus without sacrificing safety and liveness guarantees.

Sui scales horizontally to meet the demands of applications. Network capacity grows in proportion to the increase in Sui validators’ processing power by adding workers, resulting in low gas fees even during high network traffic. This scalability characteristic is in sharp contrast to other blockchains with rigid bottlenecks.

Move smart contracts to power Sui applications. The move is a programming language initially developed at Facebook for writing safe smart contracts. It is a platform-agnostic language that enables shared libraries, tooling, and developer communities across blockchains.

Move’s design prevents issues such as reentrancy vulnerabilities, poison tokens, and spoofed token approvals that attackers have leveraged to steal millions on other platforms. Its emphasis on safety and expressivity makes it easier for developers to transition from web2 to web3 without understanding the intricacies of the underlying infrastructure.

Sui’s scalability is not limited to transaction processing. Storage is also low-cost and horizontally scalable. This enables developers to define complex assets with rich attributes that live directly on-chain instead of introducing layers of indirection into off-chain storage to save on gas fees. Moving attributes on-chain unlocks the ability to implement application logic that uses these attributes in smart contracts, increasing composability and transparency for applications.

Highlights of Sui :

Unmatched scalability, instant settlement

A safe smart contract language accessible to mainstream developers

Ability to define rich and composable on-chain assets

Better user experience for web3 apps

Narwhal and Bullshark DAG-based mem pool and efficient Byzantine Fault Tolerant (BFT) consensus

Security features of Sui :

Only the owner of an owned asset can authorize a transaction that operates on this asset. Authorization is performed through the use of a private signature key that is known only to the asset owner.

Everyone can operate on shared assets or immutable assets, but additional access control logic can be implemented by the smart contract.

Transactions operate on assets according to predefined rules set by the smart contract creator that defined the asset type. These are expressed using the Move language.

Once a transaction is finalized, its effects — namely changes to the assets it operates on or new assets created — will be persisted, and the resulting assets will be available for further processing.

The Sui system operates through a protocol between a set of independent validators. Yet all its security properties are preserved when a small subset of the validators do not follow the protocol.

All operations in Sui can be audited to ensure any assets have been correctly processed.

Not only is Bitcoin (BTC) the first cryptocurrency, but it’s also the best-known of the more than 19,000 cryptocurrencies in existence today. Financial media eagerly covers each new dramatic high and stomach-churning decline, making Bitcoin an inescapable part of the landscape.

While the wild volatility might produce great headlines, it hardly makes Bitcoin the best choice for novice investors or people looking for a stable store of value. Understanding the ins and outs can be tricky—let’s take a closer look at how Bitcoin works.

Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency that you can buy, sell and exchange directly, without an intermediary like a bank. Bitcoin’s creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, originally described the need for “an electronic payment system based on cryptographic proof instead of trust.”

Every Bitcoin transaction that’s ever been made exists on a public ledger accessible to everyone, making transactions hard to reverse and difficult to fake. That’s by design: Core to their decentralized nature, Bitcoins aren’t backed by the government or any issuing institution, and there’s nothing to guarantee their value besides the proof baked in the heart of the system.

Since its public launch in 2009, Bitcoin has risen dramatically in value. Although it once sold for under $150 per coin, as of June 8, 1 BTC equals around $30,200. Because its supply is limited to 21 million coins, many expect its price to only keep rising as time goes on, especially as more large institutional investors begin treating it as a sort of digital gold to hedge against market volatility and inflation. Currently, there are more than 19 million coins in circulation.
