Arrowheads are about supporting creative projects in stages, with real accountability, helping them take real creative leaps.

Mini-App Development

There’s several early visions of the Arrowhead mini-app being developed—check out the /lum-protocol channel on Farcaster to see some of the early vibe-coded prototypes and community feedback.

My latest mock-up focuses on time-based deliverables:
Projects raise funds through an initial mint, then unlock more based on progress. But even with powerful tools, one thing hasn’t changed: getting started is still hard.

That’s where Arrowheads comes in. It’s a lightweight launchpad for early-stage creative projects—especially the messy, half-formed ones that haven’t yet found their shape or audience.

Why Choose Arrowheads?

Not every idea needs a pitch deck. Sometimes, you just need a few backers, a bit of traction, and a place to start. Arrowheads is about the 0 to 1 phase—or even 0 to 0.1. It's designed to help you move a project from spark to momentum.

How week 1 will work

Share 1 idea for a creative project you would like to pursue in the /arrow channel—rough is fine.

It can be a creative project you have already started.

Get feedback and support from others who want to help shape it.

Top performing ideas in the round can get a chance to mint a “rough draft” open edition NFT.

(more about the mechanics of this later)

Backers support you by minting, and later they can have the opportunity to upgrade to the final draft.

The final draft doesn’t need to be the completed project.

It can simply be one piece of the full vision of your project.

Rough draft NFTs will have a degree of built-in "rug protection"—backers can have the option to reclaim some of their mint funds anytime before they decide to upgrade it.

Creators will also earn long-term alignment with $ARROW, while keeping full creative ownership of their project.

If Arrowheads works, creators launching here will have a better shot at success than going solo—and both collectors and all creatives launching here can share long-term alignment with the $arrow token. You can succeed with your own project, and also benefit from the success of the launchpad, encouraging collaboration with others launching here as well.

The world needs more spaces for creative beginnings.

This is one of them.
