As a collective, we're moving through a powerful initiation.

The shadows repressed in the collective psyche are bubbling at the surface, seeking integration, as the chaotic waves of transformation bring to light both the challenge and opportunity we have at hand.

We are awakening. Fast.

There are two timelines present.

One is entropic and destructive. Archaic systems fighting for survival and impressing human consciousness with fearful narratives. Control and confusion are the norm, with divide-and-conquer techniques used to keep humanity in conflict within themselves and each other.

Leveraging technology to entrap attention and perpetuate a world disembodied and disconnected from the Great Feminine, i.e., our physical bodies, intuition, and our planetary mother.

The other is the Golden Timeline. Regenerative and whole. A world unified in love and truth. Humans are anchored in their hearts and leading boldly, weaving a tapestry of innovation, connection, regeneration, and service.

Passing through the Eclipse Window

You've likely felt the energetic intensity alive in the field. We've just passed through a potent eclipse window. I think it's essential to consider the cosmic significance of celestial events as not mere sky spectacles but transformative catalysts that amplify our actions and intentions exponentially, just like our ancestors would.

In line with Tibetan Buddhist beliefs, the impact of our deeds during this time is magnified immensely. These eclipses bring illumination, acceleration, and news and catalyze change. They serve as energetic gateways, sweeping away the old and ushering in new pathways.

It's a pivotal time for closure and new beginnings, inviting us to navigate these transformative energies with conscious awareness.

With this cosmic context as our backdrop, I'm thrilled to bring you key updates on ASRAYA. The insights gained through this eclipse window have sharpened our focus and vision and provided an inflection point for us to move forward with clarity for this next phase in our project.

Season 0 Milestones (Since Nov 2022)

• 144 Private Invitation Round: Our private invitation round is 94% subscribed. We are ready to fill the last spaces with curated, high-caliber, heart-centered, purpose-driven humans. This round will close on November 11.

• Core Team: We've assembled 20+ top-tier creators, leaders, and luminaries for our internal team and advisory boards.

• Community Retreats: We hosted a team retreat in Tulum in January 2023 and our First Gathering in San Miguel de Allende in October 2023, attended by 28 guests. Both experiences were powerful, lessons were learned, creation was activated and lifetime bonds were forged.

• Ancient Future Summits: ASRAYA's flagship online event. We've hosted 12 summits featuring over 50 thought leaders, luminaries, and wisdom keepers.

• Community Events: 40+, including masterclasses from metaphysics to technology, Personal Amplification Coaching, Whispers of the Ancient Future with Uncle Yona Bear, Open Community calls, AI workshops, AMAs, and more.

• Think Tanks: We've hosted 3 Think Tanks and have aligned on the next steps for the ASRAYA Pods initiative as an initial experiment to drive self-organized leadership.

• Quantum Accelerator: Our beta Quantum Accelerator program led by Professor Kim Walker, Anca Van Assendelft, and Will Samson is being finalized this month. A complete program is being designed for a 2024 launch.

• Technology:

  • We've designed a V1 of a gamification engine for our community in collaboration with a game designer

  • We've created a V1 of a working community token model.

Season 0 - Genesis will close on November 12 with a ceremony, marking a 1-year cycle from when we opened our Private Invitation Round.

We have learned many lessons, pivoted, adapted, and strengthened our resilience as we prepare for Season 1 - The Voyage.

To achieve this, we have mapped our focus into two clear areas:

Community Activation and Growth

• We are doubling down on Circle as our community engine. Circle serves as a robust MVP community platform where we can test, iterate, and grow before we build proprietary technology. We get to collectively experiment with mechanisms, structures, and protocols that support interdependent creation, knowledge-sharing, and relationship-building before we invest in custom development.

• Specifically, we intend on implementing milestones and streaks (gamification mechanisms), launching our Circle Zero layer (free community offering), showcasing our community members, projects, and collaborations, and curating v1 of a marketplace and gifting economy, all within Circle, to amplify connectivity and engagement. The intention is to model a circular economy, test and iterate.

• We are adding Convergence calls to our monthly programming. These are weekly spaces designed to build coherence, connection, and accountability. We've listened and heard the desire for consistent touch points where we can be witnessed, expand and dynamically connect as a community. These 30-45 minute calls aim to serve that purpose.

• We're kicking off a quarterly Town Hall call to give our community a holistic view of where ASRAYA is headed, with space for feedback and reflections. The first Town Hall is scheduled for November 23.

• ASRAYA Pods are still being rolled out, but we are addressing core needs first. We want to give the Pods the greatest chance of success, and we will be rolling this initiative out with a series of progressive experiments and providing strategic support. Over the next six months, we will test 2-4 pods, collect data, learn from our insights, and evolve this structure as a community.

• We are committed to infusing more fun and playfulness into our community. The Imagination Activation Lab is an essential space for this.

• We are amplifying our marketing efforts to grow our community as we launch the Circle Zero layer (free community offering). This includes a revamped organic social media strategy and the launch of a marketing funnel in the testing phase. We are honing our focus on storytelling, showcasing the journey of ASRAYA being built in real-time, the connections being made, our incredible community, our learnings, and innovations.

• We are focusing on streamlining communication with regular and bite-sized updates to keep our community informed and connected to the pulse of ASRAYA.

• We continue exploring how to create coherence and design systems best to support interdependent networks. Part of this process includes creating a dynamic map of our community leveraging a tool called Kumu.io, which allows us to visually conceptualize the connections, growth, and diversity of our community and surface opportunities for collaboration.

AI Training and Technology Integration

We believe that Artificial Intelligence can be leveraged with benevolent intent, and we intend to shape this trajectory while empowering our community members with the knowledge and resources to implement this technology to enhance their creative and operational workflows.

Specifically:

• We're set to launch a specialized AI Training program focused on ChatGPT in December 2023. The aim is to empower our community to dynamically engage with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney. The training will zero in on using AI to boost personal performance, supercharge creativity, and tap into flow states. To support our revenue objectives, we'll also offer this program as a premium, paid product to the wider public.

• We have already hosted our inaugural AI Alchemy workshop. We are looking to launch a second office hours call each month to deepen our creative practice and exploration.

• We are doubling down on leveraging AI tools to support automation and operational efficiency. This includes creating a single source of truth to collate and store ASRAYA knowledge; this will be an AI-powered oracle trained on curated data from our project and community. This is v1 of the ARK (Artifact Repository and Knowledgebase).

• We are also finalizing the scope of a proprietary technology to support purpose-driven entrepreneurs. This tool intends to support creativity, collaboration, and coherence.

• Token and Governance Model v1: The first iteration of our token and governance model is complete and going through a round of review with technical advisory.

• Inspiring Community Events: We've hosted 6 Ancient Future Summits and 24 masterclasses/workshops, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Team Retreat: In January, we organized an incredible team retreat in Tulum, bringing together 14 team members to strengthen bonds, attune to the frequency of ASRAYA in the heart of the Mayan Jungle, and clarify our pathway forward.

• Brand Strategy and Presence: We've crafted a tailored brand strategy based on movement marketing principles, refining brand guidelines and social media strategies to expand our audience-building endeavors.

• Legal Structure: We've established a new legal structure in Delaware and are in the final stages of establishing a layered offshore structure.

• Built core team: We have curated a world-class team of creators, contributors, and advisors.

In January, we decided to pause our invitation process to focus on the following areas:

• Engagement and Contribution: We've sought input from our community to understand their needs and design clear and compelling pathways for engagement and contribution

• Community Design: We have conducted research, designed a strategy, and planned the migration to our new community platform - Circle.

This "pause" period has allowed us to deeply reflect on what's working, what's needed, and how we can bridge the gap to create an incredibly enriching community experience that aligns with our higher vision and strategic goals while catering to our community's dynamic needs.

In a world that constantly demands our attention, we've chosen to embrace our natural rhythms and honor the importance of pausing, releasing, and recalibrating. Our initial launch took place during the winter season, with slow and steady growth, indicating a need to be patient, nurture and trust the process. 144 Time Capsule Initiative

We are in the process of creating a unique community experiment. Our plan involves extending an invitation to each 144 Founding Citizens to contribute an artifact to the ARK. These 144 artifacts will be placed into a physical time capsule, a special embodiment of our collective aspirations, wisdom and intentions. Linked to an exclusive NFT collection, this time capsule will be ceremonially buried in the earth, effectively seeding our prayers and vision into the very soil of our planet. It potently symbolizes our shared aspirations and bolsters our collective vision, and energetically infuses the substrate of our reality with our collective energy.

We plan to unearth this time capsule three decades from now in a celebratory event, reflecting on our journey and reinforcing our community spirit. We will explore this experiment's specifics, benefits, and potential impact in a more extensive dialogue with our Founding Citizens.

Education is a crucial pillar of our community. We're incorporating a variety of methods to ensure continual learning and growth.

Our Community Masterclasses are essential, serving as artifacts within our ARK system. They provide valuable insights and contribute to the collective knowledge within our community. We have already begun to design a support system to aid creators in streamlining their content into MVP products or courses, encouraging creativity while ensuring high-quality output.

The Ancient Future Summits have been immensely successful. We are currently exploring ways to scale these events to reach more participants. Simultaneously, we're focused on improving the quality of content delivered as we acknowledge the limitations imposed by platforms like Zoom. We are keen to make every summit an enriching experience for all attendees.

Inaugural community Retreat in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico - September 2023

As our first face-to-face gathering, we reserve this special experience exclusively for our initial 144 Founding Citizens. We’ve sent out invitations to a small percentage of our personal networks on the 8th of October to feel how our message lands with our trusted friends and allies. We realized very quickly that we needed to pause, reflect and recalibrate our messaging to crystallize our vision within a clear and strategic lens through which Founding Citizens can connect with ASRAYA in a grounded and contextual way.

Web3, blockchain and NFT’s feel alien and polarizing for many and we believe this new realm of creation requires balanced education that supports the absorption of this important knowledge in a grounded and creator-centric way. Web3 represents the evolution of the internet from a monopolised network where your data is owned to a network of community-owned organisms that rewards contributors in transparent ways for their contribution.

As a result of our reflections we have developed our North Star Codex which answers these key questions:

2. Who exactly is ASRAYA for and how will these individuals benefit in the short-mid term?

3. How can ASRAYA curate and nurture a community of prolific entrepeneurs, visionaries and creators in a harmonious way, meeting each individual where they are at, whilst ensuring community coherence that supports the actualization of our core objectives?

Even though we’ve been in discussion of these questions as a Core Team from Day 1, it’s clearly evident that these questions require more attention to support a clear comprehension of how a Web3-enabled business model would function and thrive.

For ASRAYA to attract resonant Founding Citizens, and for our ecosystem to be built in an intentional and structured way, we must create sustainable systems and frameworks that allow context and accessibility for community members and contributors to participate, so that we’re aligned with our vision and moving in the same direction with minimal friction.

Our language needs to be articulated clearly and contextually as to integrate visionary thinking, regenerative and spiritual principles with grounded actions and outcomes to support balanced messaging, community alignment and tangible results.

Our core team and advisory board has convened to address these questions in-depth, leveraging existing frameworks and innovating new ones to ensure we accomplish our collective objectives in alignment with our core values, whilst facilitating inclusivity for all who feel aligned with our vision.

The Ancient Future Vortex

As a result of our exploratory process, we have distilled a creative methodology called “The Ancient Future Vortex”. This methodology seeks to recognize the foundational principles of our creative process whilst balancing our psychospiritual thrust with a future-oriented yet pragmatic approach towards creation.

Specifically, the ASRAYA Vortex recognizes a fundamental truth that exists within every human being: that life is an infinite continuum, foundational knowledge and wisdom which first nations people and living systems of nature safeguard and express with balance and harmony, and on the other hand, an inner drive to expand into the new, innovating technology and activating our imaginative faculties to move creation forward.

In the context of ASRAYA, this fundamental truth express itself on three levels:

1. Ancient wisdom. At the level of our collective organism, we honor the teachings of nature and wisdom holders, acknowledging the spiritual dimension of reality, and infusing our learnings into our creative process. Recognizing that there have been generations upon generations of sentient beings that have walked this realm before us, and we intentionally choose to acknowledge and learn from them. We are not here to reinvent the wheel.

2. Future technology. From an organizational and individual sense, we recognize that innovation is a natural process that moves forward evolution and carves out channels for abundance to flow. Technological growth is inevitable, and we have a responsibility and desire to steward this technology to enable personal sovereignty, planetary regeneration and collective expansion. We do not prescribe to the notion that technology is evil, rather it is a tool that can be harnessed for positive means when used with intention.

3. The Ancient Future Vortex. We recognize the significance of unifying both ancient wisdom and future technology in a balanced way, to guide the trajectory of our planet. Ensuring that our community is equipped to thrive in a fast-moving world at the speed of earth, without ignoring our innate need for community, connection and creative expression. We choose to acknowledge the underserved communities in the world and our planet as primary stakeholders, and firmly believe that future technology can serve to create efficiencies, create innovative ways to give back and birth models of creation that support homeostasis, regeneration, harmony and abundance for all.

At the core of ASRAYA’s community design are the creation of spaces and protocols through which Ancient Wisdom and Future technology are brought onto equal footing, so they may be integrated and harmonized in a cyclical way by each member of our community.

The truth about ASRAYA

The feedback we have received from our community and advisory board thus far has been:

• It can be challenging to comprehend how such a large vision can be executed upon in a grounded way at a world-class level

• Our language can appear too “spiritual”

• Our vision is expansive and may feel overwhelming and challenging to grasp

• That “technology” is innately destructive and takes people away from their nature

• A fundamental misunderstanding of the potentiality of Web3 technology

• A challenge to comprehend how a community member can grab a “handle” onto our vision and participate in an intentional, clear and grounded way

First and foremost, ASRAYA is a legacy project. All of our Core Team are committed to seeing through this vision. We believe that humanity is calling for such a space and place to synergise, learn, grow and co-create together. We must take command of the wheel of consciousness and guide our trajectory in a balanced and transparent way. If not us, then who? Our ecosystem will not be built in a day. We assure you that our philosophical lens is not dogmatic. We are not “new age” spiritualists. We are grounded professionals, entrepreneurs, creators and artists that have traversed the polarity of the human experience.  Rather, we recognize that our existence of reality is in fact, a spiritual experience, and that we exist as an interconnected organism. This has been substantiated by the myriad of ancient wisdom available to us and is clearly observable and verified through the lens of modern science.

We exist within a unified field of consciousness. A field that has been called God, Spirit, Universe and many other names, but the truth of an interconnected field of reality is irrefutable. Do we claim to fully comprehend the immensity of such a truth? No. Do we acknowledge this truth? Yes. We intend on moving this exploration forward through our community exploration and felt experiences as we grow together.

Technology is innately neutral, just like humans. Even though technology is almost exclusively used with a malicious and profit-driven intention to control, there is boundless potential to leverage technology to create more balance, opportunity and creativity in the world. Especially in the context of assistant planetary regeneration and the attainment of sovereign wealth and freedom for all.

Sovereignty means that we are fully self-sufficient without the dependency on the current failing “system”. Rather, we co-create a circular economy, global network and decentralized system that promotes equality, self expression, transparency, natural order and inclusive governance. To reiterate once more, this is a phased approach that will require all of us to show up in our most authentic and creative expression.

Each human who claims their Founding Citizen access pass is a unique individual and emanation of consciousness.  Your gifts are unique to you and you are a puzzle piece that completes the whole. There are specific and intentional  ways through which you will be able to engage, contribute and interact with the ASRAYA ecosystem that will meet you where you are at. Season 0 is a curated and intentional experience designed to facilitate community growth, Web3 education and Phase 1 of our technology build.
