Recently a couple roles has been added to SNS Discord, so I am going to update you on that and tell you about other server roles in SNS. Because a lot of new people ask about how to get a certain role, what benefits will it bring and so on. So let’s make it clear.

2022 - Early Supporter

2022 - Stork OAT

2023 - Chinese New Year OAT

This role is for the $10,000 Release Giveaway on the Devnet release. There is gonna be 1 holder of this role that will get 1k$ from this giveaway. There are no other perks (but who knows, maybe there will be some in the future).

Stork

This is the foundational role to get, because it gives most important perks.

It looks like this:

Stork role is a key to identifying well-standing community members who will be recognized as early contributors in SNS DAO release and play a vital part in the community. They will also be able to register their own ".sui" domain before anyone else for their contributions and be eligible for SNS token airdrop!

So let's see how to get it. To claim the Stork role you need to reach level 11 at CREW3 platform (if you didn't join sns crew3, then I got an invite for you). After that you will see a quest there which got unlocked because of you reaching 11 lvl, so claim it there and you should get your Stork role. If you didn't get after claiming, then open a ticket in discord in the #support-ticket channel. Enjoy your role! There are also other options to get Stork:

• Twitter raids:  random people tagging SNS and staff in comments on twitter raids can get Stork.

• Invites :  SNS sees you on the invite leaderboard and the top 10 people (every1 after if they have Stork), will be receiving stork as well

• Activity:  be active in the discord, have fun conversations and engage. SNS team sees everything

• Events in discord:  there are daily events which reward you with Stork if you win it

Stork+

This is another step towards the perfection in SNS! How to get: reach lvl 20 in Crew3 platform.

Perks:

• Mint your SNS NFT before anyone else

• More $SNS Tokens

There will be a SNS NFT collection, so people Stork+ will be the first to mint those.

Super Stork

This one is the highest role compared to the previous ones and is the hardest to get! Although you can get it by luck if Anthony wants :)

How to get: the Top 5 Weekly on Crew3 will get this role. This means you need to get as much XP as possible in that week! 

Perks:

• 1 Free Domain registration for 1 year

• Highest allocation of $SNS Tokens

Early tester

This role was given to winners of events in the contest-alerts channel in SNS discord. Right now there isn't an event going on, but stay tuned for it! Also this role can be given directly to you for being active and contributing to the community.

Perk: test some secret features for SNS products before it gets released to everybody.

s-gamer

This role is for alerts in different activities happening (so that people get tagged by this role and notice them). Also, no perks for this role.

How to get: it's unknown. I asked about it, but the massage in discord where you could claim it was probably deleted. You can tag mods or open a ticket for it.

L14–32 and more

These roles are automatically assigned when you level-up in the discord.

Perks: claim quests with a lot of XP on Crew3.

Perks: reserve your domain name before anyone else + FREE MINT and subscription of SUI domain for 1 YEAR + Some extra $SNS tokens

How to get: Weekly top 5 on CREW3 leaderboard will be rewarded with Super Stork! For this there are some quests that give a lot of XP (2k, 2.5k, 3k and more). Those are discord level quests, which you get for chatting a lot. So you might wanna get those levels to secure your position in top 5.

Early tester

Those were the roles you need to know about! There are also Mod, Admin, Community Manager and such roles, which you might see on discord. For this you need to ask staff for the criterias.

1. Чим менше слів, тим краще

Не пишіть есе. Люди не люблять багато читати (як кажуть англійською TL;DR — too long, didn’t read), тому мало того, що ви витратите занадто багато часу на його написання, так ще й він не буде дійсно смішним. Два-три речення — це вже забагато -> Прагніть до пари слів або взагалі до жодного.

2. Не робіть з цього “завдання”

Я рекомендую не сидіти і ламати голову, як зробити мем, а займатися своїми справами, і якщо вам спадає на думку щось смішне, занадто нудне, тупе або якийсь інший мем, просто подумайте, чи зможете ви зробити з нього мем з SNS-контекстом. Можливо, під час спілкування в чаті виникла суперечка, або якийсь момент стався в реальному житті і ви згадали, що його можна реалізувати в SNS. Часто таких моментів за день буває досить багато.

Мій приклад:

Брав участь у квізі, де було багато смішних запитань, я зробив з цього мем, що зайняло 1 хвилину мого часу і ось, будь ласка.

3. Не копіюйте меми у інших у діскорді

Якщо ви збираєтеся копіювати багато мемів, Модератори можуть помітити це і відхилити їх, не даючи вам XP.

Навіть якщо це заощадить вам трохи часу, це не допоможе вам навчитися робити швидко меми.

4. Використовуйте зручні інструменти

Очевидно, що найшвидшим способом створення мемів буде використання редактора веб-сайтів, де ви можете копіювати та вставляти зображення, а також мати базові фігури, необхідні для того, щоб трохи помалювати. Немає потреби в наворочених програмах для фотошопу.

If you are here then you are probably doing quests on Crew3 (if not I got an *invite *for you) about Sui Name Services (check sns.domains if don’t know) and want to get the “Stork” discord role. A lot of quests are needed to be done to gain 10 lvl and receive that role, so you don’t want to spend too much time on every quest overthinking about how to write or do something.

In this article I am going to point out some tips for you to write better and faster memes.

1) The less words the better

Don’t write essays. People don’t like to read a lot (as they say TL;DR), so not only you spend too much time writing it, but also it won’t be really funny. Two-three sentences is already too much -> Aim for couple words total or none.

2) Don’t make it a task

I recommend not sitting and cracking your head how to make a meme, but doing your stuff and if something funny, too boring, dumb or some other meme crosses your mind, just think whether you can make a meme with SNS context with it. Maybe during chatting in discord, or a moment happened in real life and you remember that it can be realted to SNS. Often times there are quite a few of such moments in a day.

My example:

I was trying myself at a quiz and there were many hilarious questions, so I made it a meme which took 1 minute of my time and here you go.

3) Don’t plain copy memes posted

If you are gonna copy a lot of memes, Mods can actually notice and reject them, not giving you XP.

Even if it saves you some time, it doesn’t improve you at writing faster memes.

4) Use convenient tools

Obviously the fastest way to make memes would be using a website editor, where you can copy and paste images, and have basic shapes needed to draw a bit. No need for fancy photoshop apps.
