            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the COVID-19 situation, there is a policy to unlock down the travel of many countries.</p><p>A country suddenly popped into my head. “JAPAN” One of the things that I think about before anything else is food.</p><p>Japanese food is very diverse.</p><p>Some popular Japanese foods:</p><ol><li><p>Sushi: a dish made of vinegared rice with various toppings, such as raw fish, cooked seafood, or vegetables.</p></li><li><p>Ramen: a noodle soup dish that typically includes meat, vegetables, and sometimes eggs.</p></li><li><p>Tempura: deep-fried seafood or vegetables coated in a light batter.</p></li><li><p>Yakitori: skewered and grilled chicken, usually seasoned with salt or soy sauce.</p></li><li><p>Okonomiyaki: a savory pancake made with vegetables, meat, and/or seafood, often topped with a variety of condiments.</p></li><li><p>Udon: thick wheat-flour noodles served in a hot soup or chilled with dipping sauce.</p></li><li><p>Tonkatsu: breaded and deep-fried pork cutlet.</p></li><li><p>Shabu-shabu: a hot pot dish in which thinly sliced beef or other meats are cooked in a simmering broth and dipped in sauce.</p></li><li><p>Miso soup: a soup made with miso paste and often containing ingredients such as tofu, seaweed, and green onions.</p></li><li><p>Onigiri: rice balls often filled with various ingredients, such as pickled plum or cooked fish, and wrapped in seaweed.</p><p>I hope to be able to eat Japanese food at local soon.</p></li></ol>]]></content:encoded>
