Article 12 the enrollment and examination office is the executive organ of the school’s enrollment Committee. Article 15 the enrollment plan and relevant requirements of the school by specialty shall be subject to the specialty catalogue published by the province (District, city) of origin. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of education, the university can reserve no more than 1% of the total number of undergraduate enrollment plans for the quality control of students and solve the problems of increasing plans due to the adjustment of candidates’ majors.

Article 16 the targeted training candidates admitted to the university through the special plan for targeted training of primary and secondary school teachers in eastern, Western and northern Guangdong at public expense of Guangdong Province shall be recruited by the professional group of the University alone. After enrollment, students are not allowed to transfer to another school or major, and the agreement on targeted training of primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teachers in eastern, Western and northern Guangdong at public expense in Guangdong Province must be signed by candidates or candidates (under the age of 18) and their legal guardians before enrollment. After graduation, the education administrative department of the place of origin of the training plan shall interview, investigate and employ them according to the regulations, and send them to the targeted service unit of targeted county (city, district) to teach for at least 6 years.
