There are many ways that XRP can build value and ultimately raise in price. One of the main catalysts currently is removing the token from the circulating supply. This changes the value based on simple supply and demand, when the supply is reduced. Yes, Ripple still holds billions of tokens and is slow drip releasing them on a monthly cycle. However, this has rarely ever impacted the price of XRP in a negative way.

The snapshot above shows how the existing XRP based spot ETFs are performing. You will notice that there is almost 30M in daily volume and this is only with five ETFs currently being live and tradable. At this rate, their will be a billion dollars extracted from circulation about every 37 days at this rate. Even if XRP releases the same amount every month, this will only be a break even for so long.

When the other ETFs that will offer spot XRP offerings to their clients land, this will create a bottle neck that will not go away. With continuing shrinking supply and a continued demand from retail investors and institutional use alike, there is no way for the price of XRP to not rise. With this upward pressure we will all be excited to see how for it can pump. I would like to see $4 - $6 by the end of the year, but for those numbers we will most likely need to see a bill be signed by Mr. Trump, like the Clarity Act or full implementation of the Stable Coin bill. Another immediate catalyst would be the FED making a rate cut before years end.

Time will tell, but the XRP army seems to be in very good position for big growth in the not to distant future.

Chart Source: https://xrp-insights.com

XRP is a token that lives on the XRPL with is otherwise known as the Ripple Ledger. This blockchain has long been constructed for institutional use, rather than retail transactions. It's speed and low transaction cost make it a solid choice for larger international institutional transactions and settlements. Many have referred to XRP as the "bankers token" for years.

The real question is after the big jump in price over a year ago, does this cryptocurrency still have real value to offer investors.

The years long battle with the SEC is over. Spot ETFs have landed and are taking on millions every single day of trading. Ripple has acquired multiple companies to bring more connections to their internet of value. The only thing is the price has been slow to move and has dropped over a 30% from it's all time high, this very year. What is going on?

Their are many new ways that Ripple has opened doors for value to be brought to the XRP token. They offer custody on chain, they are also very involved in RWA or real world asset tokenization, and of course offer rails for cross boarder settlement. Even if XRP is only used for liquidity in the AMM transactions of other tokens, there is still a lot of steam to push the overall value.

With new regulatory clarity coming in the Stable Coin Act, the Clarity Act and others, there many opportunities to make this one of the best investments in the years to come. As ETFs grow, more XRP will be locked as the issuing companies are bound to do so by law causing supply shortages. If SWIFT or other large networks of global transactions start using their network for settlement, even more get locked up. Ripple is also waiting on a banking license as we speak which will open up a whole new way for them add value to financial systems.

All of this considered, there are plenty of reasons to still consider XRP for future growth opportunities. With it's price around two dollars (American) now may be a perfect time to get in and let your money grow with the integration of it into the new financial system.
