            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Column of the Editor-in-Chief of Arts/New waves (Bkopleader)</p><p>This mechanism has improved in comparison with the previous yuan renminbi exchange rate, primarily as a result of a series of benefits resulting from the greater tolerance of the yuan renminbi exchange rate. If this mechanism is to be sustained, the key lies in two main points: (1) the bandwidth is as wide as possible, leaving sufficient space for spontaneous adjustment of foreign exchange markets, and the counter-cyclical factor is not easily involved. 2. Once the reverse cycle has been intrusive, there is no sign of continuous gradual depreciation or appreciation of the United States dollar in the currency of the people, and once the market considers that such a sign would attract sustained speculation in the unilateral depreciation or appreciation of the yuan renminbi exchange rate.</p><p>Since July 2017, the central bank’s foreign exchange share has changed very little every month, a phenomenon that has not been seen for more than a decade, suggesting that the Bank has lost direct foreign exchange market intervention in the last year. Between July 2017 and July 2018, the people’s currency reached a minimum of 6.27 bilateral exchange rates in the United States dollar, reaching a maximum of 6.90, with a maximum of 10 per cent per year, without such a large wave of over the past 10 years, suggesting that the currency authorities were more tolerant with the fluctuations in the popular currency exchange rate. On 24 August 2018, the China Exchange Transaction Centre (CTC) issued a message that the People’s Currency quotation for the United States dollar’s intermediate price was relaunched as “response factor”. The impact of domestic market supply and demand factors on changes in the currency exchange rate has been significantly reduced after the reactivation of the countercyclical cycle, with no change in the United States dollar index, and if the reverse cycle factor completely obviates the impact of the previous trading day market on supply and demand in the middle of the transaction date, it amounts to a depreciating ceiling for the exchange rate of the people.</p><p>This information is combined, with new mechanisms for the formation of the People’s Currency Exchange (CPP) for water-spreading. No country at the international level has adopted China’s current system of exchange rates for the People’s Republic of China, nor is there any available name. This mechanism is referred to by penters as a mechanism for the formation of the FBB exchange rate in the People’s Currency, or for fluctuations between the broad basket. The difference in comparison with the reform of the People’s Currency Exchange Intermediate Price Mechanism introduced by August 11 in 2015 is the addition of a basket exchange rate adjustment. If the basket exchange rate adjustment is not added, the yields of the previous transaction date are equal to the median price of the transaction date, which is, in fact, the floating exchange rate; the floating exchange rate after accession is combined with a random fluctuations. Why is random fluctuations? Since the basket exchange rate adjustment depends on the adjustment of the United States dollar to the Japanese yen, the euro and the other currencies in the basket currency, the movement of these currencies has fluctuated over time.</p><p>This mechanism covers both floating (first F, Foating) and basket (second B, Basket).</p><p>The third B (Band) is critical, reflecting the intervention of monetary authorities in foreign exchange markets and explaining that it is cost-effective. The upper limit of the international inter-zone floating exchange rate formation mechanism is often the bilateral exchange rate, for example, in the European monetary system, which expressly requires Member States to float their currencies below the DM rate, and in some countries it is the upper limit of the currency-to-United States dollar exchange rate. At least for the current central bank pricing rules for the People’s Currency exchange rate, the upper limit between the volatility zone is more complex than that.</p><p>The introduction of the reverse cycle factor is equivalent to the introduction of the upper or lower limit between the floating area. After the currency authorities announced the introduction of the reverse cycle, the impact of market supply and demand on the exchange rate of the people’s currency had been eliminated or weakened, opening up management of the upper limit of the fluctuation, which was not fixed for the People’s Currency/United States dollar exchange rate but rather a floating upper limit.</p><p>First, if the counter-cyclical factor is pressured to a very low level, for example, at the level of -1, the adjustment of the People’s Currency exchange rate resulting from the change in supply and demand at the previous transaction date cannot be reflected in the middle price of the transaction date, and the adjustment of the People’s Currency to the United States dollar required for maintaining the change in the median price of the transaction date is determined. This means that the threshold of the post-recycling factor is the stabilization of the index of the popular currency against the basket currency at a relatively stable level.</p><p>As an example, assuming that the median price of 6.9000 corresponds to the basket monetary index of 100 for the previous trading day, 6.9800 for the previous trading day, 200 for the difference of 800 basis points were from the basket exchange rate adjustment requirements, 600 from market supply and demand, and another 150 base points were required during the period from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in the same day to maintain the stable exchange rate of the people’s currency against the basket.
