It is wrong to see if you still think that girls are not suitable for science or STEM! A growing number of women worldwide have made efforts to this end, as is the case today of the Google woman engineer, Komman Singh. In her view, it was not the brain difference between boys and girls, but rather the notion of a life-advantage in traditional engineering, which was the culprits of the poor performance of girls in the sciences. She joined four other women engineers in the Google programme to give up the girl child, and she firmly believed that the meaning of education was to allow the child to freely explore any area without prejudice and to give the child a sense of conscience, whether boys or girls.

If girls insist on learning science, or replace “constructive” with a more time-consuming term of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), their path appears to be unusual.

“女生 girls are only considered, and boys have good meaning?” “Girls can science to this extent rather difficult and continue to work” on a girls’ learning path, similar statements are not always ears.

I listened to these words in the student age and did not think of any problems, but now thinks of the ears, because they hide the message that girls do not have enough to go to STEM, and that girls are lagging behind boys in STEM endowments and in the post-day learning capacity.

In contrast, it is a reality that the proportion of girls in high school science classes and in high-school polytechnics is significantly lower than that of boys, and that there are very few girls in high-level and even part-time polytechnics. This phenomenon is not merely domestic.

Google’s female engineer, Komman Singh, did not see it.

Komman Singh

Her daughter, at the age of four, said that she was shocked: “Mothers, I feel that only boys will be engineers”. As a computer scientist in the Google, one of the world’s great scientific and technological companies, she was aware that the consequences would be very serious if the daughter’s minds were increasingly taking root in her bag: education was not meant to allow the child to freely explore any area of distress without prejudice?

As a result, she was personally on board and invited four other women in Google for two years to write a programming learning guide for girls.

“In my life, I have on numerous occasions questioned my ability to undertake engineering because I do not see many women in this field. Through this mapping, I would like to encourage girls who, like me, need to be encouraged to pursue any area of interest to them.”

Oral girls are not suitable for science?

Only 5 to 10 per cent of girls in the University of Komman are studying a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Even in the West, only about 10 to 20 per cent of technical jobs are women and only about 5 per cent of leadership positions are higher. Komman has told me that Google is a very good company with a gender balance, but women have only 30 per cent of technical workforce positions and about 10 per cent of leadership positions.

“The main reason I believe is that from a very early age for girls, attempts at STEM are not encouraged. The idea of people, as well as the media, can affect the choices of children.”

In earlier years, there was always a wide range of intellectual science telling us that men and women had different mindsets and that the regions in which men were responsible for logical thinking were more developed and more active than women. Women’s abstract thinking is stronger than men, and therefore learning language, backing and learning is faster than boys. There appears to be unfailing scientific support for the concept of “masculinity”.

Then, in recent years, more experiments “return” the outdated concept.

In 2015, a paper entitled Academic performance and single-sex schooling: Evidence from a natural experiment in Switzerland (学业 and single-sex school education: evidence from a natural experiment in Switzerland) included an experiment in which German researchers selected 808 students in a Swiss secondary school to allow them to study four-year compulsory courses in a particular class environment.

The students were divided into eight groups, with four to five classes each, with approximately 18 to 25 pupils per class; the first six groups consisted of one full-female class, the seventh group consisted of three full-female classes and the last group consisted of mixed classes.

A four-year track record shows that girls in all classes are more stable in mathematics in each group, and that girls in mixed classes are more likely to experience a gap between boys and girls.

It is worth noting that the experiment also investigated the psychological factors associated with mathematics and found that the level of self-cognition among girls directly affects their mathematical performance. At the level of female students, girls are more likely to be self-accredited and more confident of their ability to mathematics.

It is evident that women’s scientific vulnerability is likely not to be born, but rather to have an environmental impact on women’s awareness of their performance and abilities. In traditional male-dominated cultural systems, men have greater access to education, thus showing the images of men with absolute advantages in the field of engineering.

Today, girls also have equal access to education, traditional unequal mechanisms of education are virtually no longer in place, but the notion that women are less likely to work under traditional educational mechanisms than men. Once a woman accepts the idea of her inferiority in the field of polytechnics, it will have a direct impact on the level of effort and performance of women in the sciences.

“There is therefore one day that I follow a company’s project team at home, with approximately 10 individuals. My daughter saw asking me who, I said, were the company’s software engineers. The daughter is well aware of me, and only boys will become engineers. When she said that I was shocked and afraid. This is what girls have seen in their daily lives, and every time they want to try STEM, it is thought that such a scenario will be lost. I think I must do something. “Koman said.

How Google female engineers were born

Studies indicate that girls are suspected of being on the STEM side from the age of six.

Investment Network

In the near future, the Board has disclosed the penalties for two in-current transactions involving all listed companies in the Tibet Neudy Penitentiary Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Tibetan Pharmacy, Inc., 600211.SH).

According to the report, the incident was due to the 2020 transaction of investment in micro-organisms in the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry. The sanctioned person is not directly related to the company, primarily by friends and spouses of the company’s internal staff. However, in the case of disclosure, the company’s investment in micro-organisms in the year went through only 12 days, and a rushed decision triggered a series of tradable stories.

To date, much remains to be done in this transaction. For example, the Tibetan pharmaology sector takes account of the assets involved, and the blogging line seeks cooperation projects. The increase in sales of core products has led companies to perform 2022. In the future, it is still to be seen how the assets initially invested in the vaccine will be closed.

Two incurrent transactions

The Board’s briefing not only discloses the operational details of the incurrent transactions, but also more details of the entire process of dealing with the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry and the Sun micro-organisms.

The incident began on 21 May 2020. At that time, the general manager, director and officers of the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry chat the new coroner vaccinemwire technology. Two high-profile companies, the Investment Director of a public fund, who in 2019 had recommended the micro-organisms, were created by the Americans, and the main channel was the MNF technology.

As a result, the two HLCMs again contacted the Investment Director of the Fund to report to the Tibetan pharmacist industry, after contact and knowledge. On 26 May, the forest just met for the first time with the principals of S microbiology; on 28 May, the parties agreed on a trading programme; on 29-30 May, the company carried out a due diligence on S microbiology; and on 1 June, the parties signed a formal cooperation agreement.

A total of 12 days have elapsed from the intention to enter into an agreement. On 16 June, the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry issued an announcement to disclose the rights of S microbiology to companies to acquire vaccine technology, production, commercialization, etc., covering areas such as MNF, nodules, influenza, for which the company paid an advance payment of $35 million, followed by a payment of up to $350 million for R&D progress.

After rapid cooperation, transactions between the two sides have continued to trigger follow-up.

The first is the sharp rise in equity. In August 2020, the company’s share was broken down by $170/equity, followed by a collapse of the shake, with a minimum drop of 60 yuan renminbi/units in December of the year; a further down of 30 yuan renminbi/units in 2021 and 2022, followed by a gradual recovery in October 2022; and as at 24 April this year, the value of the unit fell to 60.9 yuan renminbi/equity.

Capital markets thrive during the boom. In the circular, the Board found that there were two cases of in-current transactions. One is the other Fund’s Investment Manager, Zhao, and the other is the spouse of the company’s Associated Party, the Director-General of New Pharmaceutical Research and Development, Inc.

As a source of information, a member of the Tibetan Pharmacy Board was informed of the company’s investment in S micro-organisms when he met with the other party on 24 May, and subsequently acquired stocks prior to disclosure. One source of information is the spouse, who was involved in the due diligence of the company’s investment programme on 29 May, thus knowing the information and building stock. Eventually, the Board decided to impose a penalty of 5 million yuan renminbi for a period of five years on the market for securities; and a total of 112.47 million yuan renminbi for the confiscation of proceeds and penalties for certain offences.

Remaining three waves

A short period of time was finalized, followed by a follow-up round.

In November 2020, the Tibetan Supervisory Authority issued a warning letter to the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry. According to the announcement, information is not relevant when companies invest in S micro-organisms. The bulletin states that “the necessary due diligence has been carried out in the basic circumstances of the S microbial corporate governance structure, financial position, research and development capacity, product development and performance capacity”, but that the regulatory level inspection found that the company did not report on the investment.

There is also evidence of the rush in the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry against the details of the Board’s current round. In the same year, the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry signed an agreement on 1 June, but on 29 May it was not able to do so.

With regard to hasty reasons, although no public statements were made, some details of the Board’s briefing were noteworthy. The Tibetan pharmacists, after endorsing S microbiology, sought to interview each other in person “in view of the knowledge that S microbiology has entered into a non-exclusive agreement with the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, it is hoped that the project will be advanced as soon as possible”.

Here, the collaboration between the micro-organisms and the upper sea medicine is mainly related to the production of vaccines. The former carries out research and development, which provides support for production sites, people, tests, etc. The Tibetan pharmaceutical industry, in cooperation with Smicro-organisms, has also started to develop self-constructed vaccine production lines.

The production line is located in the high port of embarkation park, and the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry, in its 2020 report, indicated a projected investment of $510 million, with a maximum yield of 160 million per year. The line of production is operated by Shanghai Ridge Bios Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “oceanic organisms”) and 55 per cent and 45 per cent respectively are held by companies and S microbiology.

It is far from over.

In December 2020, the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry announced $9 million (approximately $59 million) to introduce a new Russian coroner vaccine. The production of the vaccine is also the responsibility of the marine ridge.

In 2021, the Tibetan pharmaceutical industry changed its cooperative approach to S microbiology from joint development to equity investment on the grounds of the long-listing cycle of MNF vaccine products and the potential space for SBCs. Previously, the company had paid 70 million yuan renminbi in accordance with the agreement to S micro-organisms into 3.35 per cent of S microbial power. At the same time, S micro-organisms paid 3 million yuan to the company and 45 per cent of the equity (not actually funded) holding the ridge to another company.

Finding partners to develop production lines

Three years later, the new coronary vaccine in the Tibetan pharmacology sector, the nightmare, has moved far.

According to the 2022 report, the Tibetan pharmacology has been suspended for the Russian new coronary vaccine project on the grounds that the global supply of new coroner vaccines is overloaded, that technology transfers are lagging behind expectations and that there is greater uncertainty about the repatriation of subsequent exports. In response, the company also recosted a total of $327 million for long-term assets, loss of inventory and development expenditures for the project.

With regard to the line of production, as of 2022, the company had completed construction but had not yet adopted the relevant GMP.

C114 news on March 7 (Nanshan) at the two sessions of the National People’s Congress in 2022, Yang Yuanqing, deputy to the National People’s Congress, chairman and CEO of Lenovo Group, brought two proposals: the proposal on promoting more small and medium-sized enterprises to become “specialized and new” with digital transformation, and the proposal on fully ensuring women’s high-quality employment.

Among them, digital transformation is the development direction of Lenovo Group’s main business. According to the official website of Lenovo Group, Yang Yuanqing believes that small and medium-sized enterprises and large industrial enterprises are equally important in China’s national strategy for the development of digital economy. Small and medium-sized enterprises are not only an indispensable part of the industrial chain supply chain, but also an important source of innovation, which has a significant impact on employment, people’s livelihood and other issues. However, in the development process of digital economy, many small and medium-sized enterprises have challenges such as weak digital foundation, lack of funds and technical talents, lack of power for upgrading and transformation, and lack of clear focus and grasp.

Therefore, large industrial enterprises should shoulder their corporate social responsibility, drive and support small and medium-sized enterprises upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to accelerate the digital transformation, especially help and serve the development and growth of “specialized and special new” enterprises, support more small and medium-sized enterprises to become “invisible champions” and “supporting experts”, and form a situation of financing and innovative development of large and medium-sized enterprises, To support the transformation and upgrading of China’s real economy.

In this proposal, Yang Yuanqing suggested:

First, the government and relevant associations jointly establish the “digital development index of small and medium-sized enterprises” to provide a scientific basis for evaluating the development level of small and medium-sized enterprises. This will help relevant departments to better align the digital level of small and medium-sized enterprises in different industries and regions, and more efficiently help small and medium-sized enterprises “make up lessons”;

Second, build an acceleration platform for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, provide digital evaluation, consultation, training and funding schemes for small and medium-sized enterprises, effectively promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and solve the problem of “not turning, not daring to turn” in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises;

Third, scientifically and accurately formulate assistance policies, optimize the business environment and promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, including increasing fiscal and tax support, improving credit support policies and unblocking market-oriented financing channels.

In recent years, Lenovo has built a digital management platform with domestic small and medium-sized enterprise suppliers to help them realize digital transformation. It has also increased its support for the growth of “specialized and new” small and medium-sized enterprises by actively purchasing high-end technologies and parts, as well as Lenovo venture capital investment incubation.
