As we continue our mission to build the future of edge AI and Web3, we’ve made the decision to merge the $CTOAI token into our upcoming governance token. It became clear over time that the initial launch wasn’t going to support the kind of ecosystem we’re working to build.

Why This Change

$CTOAI was launched as a small experiment to test new ideas around decentralized intelligence and token participation. It helped us explore several concepts and gather feedback from the community. While it served its purpose early on, we later realized it wasn’t the right fit for the kind of long-term structure we’re aiming to build. Rather than keeping it going without a defined role, we're merging it into something that can grow alongside the rest of the project.

What You Need to Know

• For $CTOAI holders: If you bridged your tokens from Solana to BNB Chain before April 4, 2025, your tokens have already been recorded. You’ll receive the new governance tokens once the TGE goes live. There’s nothing else you need to do.

• For the community: This transition marks the beginning of Phase 2. We’re getting ready to introduce N.O.V.A., a 3D AI companion designed for both trading and creative use.

• For the ecosystem: Moving to a single token model gives the project a cleaner structure. It also makes it easier to scale while staying true to our focus on edge computing and privacy.

We’ve got a lot ahead, and we’re focused on moving forward in a way that’s clear, practical, and aligned with our core values. Backed by over $15 million in funding, including support from investors like NVIDIA and incubator programs such as CMC Labs, we’re in a strong position to keep building.
