Grayscale Partners with Bloomberg to Launch Crypto Asset Index

On January 20, the world's largest encrypted asset management company Grayscale and Bloomberg launched a new index based on encrypted assets. The index is called the Bloomberg Grayscale Future of Finance Index (BGFOF). The index tracks the stocks of 22 crypto industry-related companies covering segments such as crypto trading platforms, asset management, mining and blockchain technology, and is rebalanced on a quarterly basis. However, the index will not invest directly in digital assets or their derivatives, but instead provide indirect exposure to the stocks of these crypto-industry-related companies.
