The necessary living space for such “small businesses” is to give more space to people. All prohibitions are, of course, very “dry” and urban governance should be pursued in order to maximize the benefits of society, find a balance in complexity and pluralism and avoid simple brutality.</p><p>On the other hand, such acts need not be opposed to the maintenance of the municipal landscape. Hani terrace presents a benign agricultural ecosystem jointly constructed by “forest village terrace water system” and Hani terrace culture, which is of special significance in the history of world agricultural civilization. In June 2010, the Hani rice terrace system in Honghe, Yunnan Province was listed as an important global agricultural and cultural heritage. In June 2013, Honghe Hani terrace was selected as a world cultural heritage site.</p><p>Farming culture is the precious wealth of China’s agriculture and an important part of Chinese culture. It should not be lost, but should be carried forward. The Millennium Honghe Hani terrace has always let us experience and understand the aesthetic and cultural functions of production, life, survival and ecology. Woodcut water dividing and ditch driving people, Hani Haba, music and dance, etiquette and folk customs and mushroom houses all reflect the magnificence and magic of Hani terrace, the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the harmonious integration between man and terrace.
