The mother’s love, numeracy, silence and mild heart in the nuest nucleus, and she has paid some drop-outs that have long been in our lives. Today is the Mother’s Day, and it will be remembered that a word is given to the mother: “I love you, not just May.”

My table is the mother

“Mothers, with half-year-olds, always wearing the old grey gloves, and I want to design a moderate, re-emergence for their mothers so that they can also be loud and live for themselves.” —— Lee Wei

In nine years of primary school classrooms in the town of the town of the city of the coltan in the department of Lilongingen, the first is in the form of a window of opportunity, and a young girl who is in the middle of a pupil, is seriously told that she is not a teacher or a student, but rather a student, the mother of Lee, who is greeting.

The 55-year-old egregious families live in the village of the home of the town of the coltan, and the daughter, Lee Wei, suffers from hearing obstacles. From her primary school, the egregious is the same table for her daughter, and the wind rains have barely gone through a section to accompany her daughter and serve as an “ears” for her daughter.

Behind the egregious home, more than 60 square metres of the walls were marked by a daughter’s medal and picture. They are not wealthy and husbands have a handicap and work in a bathroom. Births, domestic work, childcare and old-age mothers and fathers are all left on the Innocenti.

In April 2015, Lee Wei received a manual surgery in Shenyang, while he began training in oral speaking, but the learning process was extremely difficult because of the poor hearing of Lee, who was a great listener. However, greetings have been abandoned, and language training for daughters has been used over time. Thanks to the efforts of the mother, accompanied by patience and despite the lack of clarity of the word, Li Wei has been able to say a lot. Lee Myo Wei told journalists that her dream was to become a garment designer.

Paternity in special schools

“The child is innocent, and we are paying a little so long as the child is healthy and happy”. ——

Students at the fourth grade of the special education school in Nanyang City, Dampisi Province, were found to be slow in the development of the brain by the relevant units. After entering the special education school in the city of Nangar, the mother’s principal left for work to accompany the school in Mohammed Fédi, and took care of her daughter for 365 days a year.

A tiny is a habits in which when she hears songs on the mother, she controls the silence of the mouth, and when the mother is absent from her, she will find herself everywhere and even cry, and the mother is the shadow of her life.

Every day after school, the throne cycling, with the children, does not stop to go to their homes, cooks, tutors and training … After learning efforts, the stipulations have advanced considerably, the ability to coordinate the limbs has improved significantly and many vehicles have been identified.

Established in August 2014 as a public special education school with 226 students, the Nanyang City Special Education School has focused on developing and offering special courses that promote the self-reliance and adaptability of students, and diversified forms of education that allow every child to give a lifelight.

“Child accompanying mothers” accompanying children to grow

“I was also a child in my own right, so I very much understood the minds of the children. I hope that the children will remember their childhood well after their long years, and that they will remember that one “mother” has given them warm.” - “Children accompanying mothers”

Smiles were hailed in the “Children’s Bay” class of activities in the area of “Children’s Bay” in the building of the South Cone in the Province of Jiang, Gisen, Province.

Lutheran is a “child accompanying mother” in the village of Luk in the south-company district of Nangara. The “Children’s Bay” is a child-friendly project at the village level, carried out by the Association of Young People’s Organizations, which promotes the healthy growth of children living in rural areas through the selection of “child accompanying mothers”, home visits, day-to-day escorts, thematic activities, volunteering, etc.

Lutheran recalled that, at the time of the first arrival in the Gulf of the “Children’s mind”, children were left behind because of the chronic lack of family ties and the lack of good exchanges with people. In order to be able to reach out to their children, rubles often travel home to learn about their interests and their special characteristics, and slowly acquire skills to live with their children.

Now, in the village, the children of the village are screaming her own voice, the Lumother.

The “Children’s Heart Bay” in the village of Louhou has also received attention from all sectors of society, where volunteers come every month to interact with children and carry out various thematic activities.

Currently, the YMCC has built 1857 child-bearing Bay project sites throughout the province, where more than 60,000 rural children, accompanied by thousands of “child accompanying mothers”, have come to feel the general warmth of their families.

Bibliography: New China

Cartography: Zheng Ji

The well-invigorated team and collaborators of the Institute of Plant Research of the Congregation of the Press (journalist in Field) revealed the regulatory mechanisms for reversing the erosion of soil micro-organisms in arid ecosystems. The results of the research were published in Ecology (ECOLOGY) in recent days.

Climate change affects ecosystem functions by changing soil micro-organisms, particularly in arid ecosystems. Currently, there is little field observation study on the impact of long-term precipitation humid cycles on soil micro-organisms, and the potential regulatory mechanisms for soil micro-organisms for changes in precipitation are not yet known.

To this end, the research team selected the dry pasture ecosystems, conducted long-term precipitation dry wet-water field simulation exercises, studied the response processes and elasticities of soil micro-organisms to precipitation changes, and then looked at their scenarios under high levels of nitrogen deposition. Studies have shown that soil micro-organisms are subject to reduced precipitation, yet the reversal of precipitation has a clear compensatory effect. Reduced precipitation reduces the response rate for most soil microbial groups, while the elasticity, limitation or promotion index (hereinafter referred to as the limited promotion index) has been strengthened under the pattern of precipitation changes that reduce water over time, and vice versa.

Researchers found that nitrogen sedimentation reduces the response rate for soil micro-organisms, but varies from the earth. Further analysis shows that the soil microbial response rate and its limited promotion index are mainly regulated by the prior soil moorization attributes. The above results show that nitrogen deposition and soil moorization properties regulate the response to climate change by changing soil microbial structures.

The study sets out the changing patterns of soil micro-organisms in long-term dry precipitation conditions, reveals the impact of nitrogen intake, and proposes new targets for the introduction of soil micro-organisms in response to the precipitation gradient and its reversal, the limited promotion index. The results of the research have helped to deepen understanding of the underlying processes of ecosystems that are reversing extreme climate change.

Information on relevant papers: https://doi.org/10.1002/ecy.4020

The protection of the rights and interests of the “little brothers” has become the focus of continuous attention of the deputies and members——

Our reporter Lu Yue, Yin Xuemei, LAN Dehua

“Since the enterprise has set up the post of take out rider, it should bear the corresponding responsibility. It can’t be outsourced.” Chai Shanshan, a deputy to the National People’s Congress and mail receiver of China Post Group Co., Ltd. Shanghai Postal District Central Bureau, said this. Sitting opposite him are several executives of a takeout platform.

After some communication, the platform replied that it would improve the management system and give consideration to corporate benefits and social responsibility.

This was the scene of Chai Shanshan’s negotiation with the enterprise when he visited the headquarters of the takeout platform in mid July last year. Today, in an interview with the worker’s daily, he talked about the scene at that time, which is still fresh in his memory.

As a postal express worker, Chai Shanshan has been speaking for the protection of the rights and interests of “express brother” at the two sessions of the country in the past two years. This year, he brought a proposal on standardizing flexible outsourcing employment.

In recent years, with the rapid development of digital economy, new forms of employment have been growing and have become an important channel to absorb employment. According to statistics, there are about 84 million workers in the new form of employment relying on the Internet platform in China.

Although a series of policy documents have been issued to promote the standardized development of the platform economy and safeguard the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment, they still need to be strengthened on the whole.

Last year, Chai Shanshan participated in the mediation of a traffic accident. A take out rider was unable to pay for the injury to a pedestrian and asked for help from the station master. A cooperation agreement presented by the stationmaster shows that the rider has been dispatched to a company in another province. The rider was shocked: “I’ve never heard of this company!”

“Outsourcing, subcontracting and subcontracting, if the takeout rider can’t find the employing subject, he will fall into the ‘vacuum’ area of protecting his personal rights and interests.” Chai Shanshan said.

Outside the venue of the two sessions, several workers with new forms of employment have the same depression——

“The base salary given by the site is 4000 yuan per month, which is priced in sections according to the quantity of orders. If the quantity of orders sent is less than 500 a month, I can’t get the base salary. I also know that health is very important, but how can I make more money without receiving more orders?” Said Liu Chengyong, a delivery rider in Beijing.

“Sometimes when the meal delivery is overtime, I can’t help but say that I am given a bad comment and fined, and the complaint is difficult to succeed.” Wang Xiaodong, who has been a take out rider for four years, is very wronged.

“Some insurance companies either increase the premium for the accident insurance of our group, or they are not willing to do it at all. We have no other insurance. Where is the protection in case of an accident?” Duan Quanhu, a freight Lala driver in Anqing, Anhui Province, is worried about this.

“Takeout workers and couriers generally face problems such as long working hours, high labor intensity, no labor contract, no participation in social security and so on.” Zhao Mingzhi, a deputy to the National People’s Congress and a deliverer of Shengli Bridge delivery station of Dalian Zhongshan branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd., was deeply touched. In a chat, a “express brother” said to her with envy: “you have five insurances and one fund. How nice.”

A sample questionnaire survey previously conducted by Anhui Federation of trade unions showed that only 49.46% of the workers in the new employment form in Anhui Province signed labor contracts; 84.19% of the daily working hours exceed 8 hours; 33.78% did not pay social security.

Li Yalan, deputy to the National People’s Congress and director of Heilongjiang Longdian law firm, found that in order to avoid or dilute responsibilities, some Internet enterprises have diversified employment relations. A worker may be associated with multiple companies, but there is no definite employment subject. Some workers are also “registered” as individual industrial and commercial households at their own risk.

According to a research report of Beijing Zhicheng migrant workers’ legal aid and Research Center last year, the research team identified 1.6 million “suspected rider individual businesses” from more than 1.9 million individual businesses nationwide whose business scope includes takeout delivery services.

“New laws and regulations sometimes lag behind the development of new economic models.” Li Yalan suggested that when issuing relevant judicial interpretations, the Supreme People’s court should make it clear that employers avoid the invalidity of labor relations on the grounds that workers register as individual industrial and commercial households.

“We must explore a path of labor protection different from the traditional form of employment.” According to sun Chengye, member of the CPPCC National Committee and researcher of the China Center for Disease Control and prevention, we should not only see workers “trapped in algorithms”, but also explore the use of digital technology to solve the problem of rights and interests protection. “Most of the health data of workers can be obtained through digital technology. If these health status information is quantified, we can find a new way in supervision.” Sun Chengye said.

The deputies and committee members are still discussing how to take into account the expectations of workers in the new form of employment.
