The units are expected to promote, objectively and comprehensively, the policies of the Scientific Research Assistant through a variety of means, such as centralization, document interpretation, to ensure that high school graduates are familiar with the relevant policies and are actively employed in scientific research assistant positions.

The high-school employment sector should guide graduates in timely and accurate access to information on the recruitment of scientific assistants through various channels such as the National Student Employment Service (https://www.ncs.cn/) and the School Employment website.

High-level schools are encouraged to recruit foreign graduates for scientific research assistant positions, and the Ministry of Education will use cross-校 recruitments and ratios as a reference basis for the relevant examinations. At the same time, the Ministry of Education will use the positions of Scientific Research Assistant and the number of recruits as an important reference factor in arranging for waivers for postgraduate studies.
